One of the twin sons born to Mrs.
Herbert Strassburg, Sanborn, in
Memorial hospital Tuesday night, died
this morning at 2:10 o'clock in Memorial
hospital.

Hospital after a
brief illness.
He was the widow of Myrtle
(Steidman) Strassburg.
Retired in 1966, he had been a
supervisor at Bell Aerosystems
Co.
He Is survived by two sons,
Victor of Niagara Falls, and
Howard of Nunda, N.Y.; a
daughter, Mrs. Eleanor Zellner
of North Tonawanda and six
grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held
Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the
Hamilton and Clark Funeral
Homefwith the Rev. Allen H.
Goss officiating.
Friends may call at the
funeral home today from 2 to 4
and 7 to 9 p.m.

Herbert married MASTERS, Evelyn G on 19 Sep 1926 in New York, and was divorced about 4 May 1956 in Lockport, Niagara County, NY. Evelyn (daughter of MASTERS, James and NERBER, Grace) was born about 1908 in New York; and died. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

married at Bergholtz Sept; 19,
1926. The wife was given custody

Man Dies After Auto Collision
Bergholtz Resident Succumbs in Hospital Here
Herman Strasburg 58 years old, of Bergholtz, died shortly after noon today in Memorial hospital from injuries sustained Saturday morning in an automobile collision on the Niagara Falls boulevard near Bergholtz. Strasburg's car, which he was driving out of a gasoline station at the time of the accident, was struck by another car driven by Carl Kosbob, 323 Cambridge street, Buffalo. Two women and a child were also injured in the accident. Mrs. Walter Hofer, 26 years old, 262 East Tenth street, Oswego, riding with Kosbob, and her two-year-old son William sustained cuts and bruises and Miss Elizabeth Werth, 32 years old, of Bergholtz, riding with Strassburg, suffered lacerations of the eye, scalp and face.

Death Summons Mrs. Strassburg
BERGHOLTZ, Sept. 27.-Mrs. Herman Strassburg, 46, a lifelong resident of this village, died last night at the family home in Cayuga street after an illness of several years. Funeral services will be held from the home on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock and at 2:30 from the Holy Ghost church. Interment will be in Holy Ghost cemetery. Mrs. Strassburg was formerly Eleanor Grassman. She was born in this village and her loss will be mourned by a wide circle of relatives and friends. Besides her husband, Herman, she is survived by one son, Herbert, of Bergholtz, and. two sisters, Mrs. George Eighorn (sic), of Buffalo, and Mrs. Henry Wittkopp, also of this village.

Old Resident of Wheatfield Dead
Herman W. Strassburg, 62 years old, a life-long resident of the town of
Wheatfield, died at his home on the Ward road at St. Johnsburg yesterday.
The deceased was born Bergholtz. Besides his widow, three sons, Amos and
Herman Strassburg of Buffalo and Albert Strassburg of St. Johnsburg; one
daughter, Mrs. Henry Toellner of North Tonawanda, three brothers, William,
Paul and John Strassburg and three sisters, Mrs. William Krueger, Mrs. Aaron
Moll and Mrs. Ernest Sheibert, survive. The funeral will be held from the
late home at 1 o'clock on Sunday afternoon and a half hour later from the
St. Johnsburg Lutheran Church, the Rev. Mr. Toewe officiating. Burial will
be in the St. Johnsburg cemetery.

Herman married MOLL, Maria Wilhelmine Elisabeth on 18 Nov 1875 in Bergholtz, Town of Wheatfield, Niagara County, NY. Maria (daughter of MOLL, Albert August Ferdinand and STOLZENBURG, Karoline Charlotte) was born on 8 Mar 1856 in Town of Wheatfield, Niagara County, NY; died on 28 Jan 1931 in Town of Wheatfield, Niagara County, NY. funeral services for Mrs. Maria Strassburg,
75 years old, a t Saint Johnsburg,
last Saturday afternoon. The

North Tonawanda, April 8 - Mrs. Wilhelmina Graffman, 47 years old, wife of William Graffman of Bergholtz, died at her home yesterday. She was born in Bergholtz, Germany. She had lived at Bergholtz, Niagara county, for the last 32 (I think that's what it is) years. Besides her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Herman Strassburg and Mrs. George Eichborn of Buffalo and Mrs. Henry Witkopf of La Salle, and one sister, Mrs. John Kolbe of Bergholtz, survive. The funeral will be held on Monday afternoon.
