Clarence L. Huth
GASPORT-Clarence L. Huth, 47, of 8824 Haseley Road, died unexpectedly of a heart attack Friday (July 14, 1967) in Lockport. He was stricken while in his car in a parking lot. He was born April 7, 1920 in the Town of Royalton. He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the Army in Europe for three years. He was employed by the New York State Electric and Gas Co. in Lockport for the last 14 years and was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Wolcottsville. Surviving are two sons, Arnold and Albert Huth, both at home; his mother,' Mrs. Edith Huth of Gasport; a brother, Carl Huth of Akron; a sister, Mrs. Howard Haseley of Gasport, and several nieces and nephews. A brother, Kenneth, died in 1956 and another brother, Norman, died in 1965. Friends may call today from 7 to 3 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wallace and Heath Funeral Home Inc., Middleport, and Monday from 1 to 2 p.m. at St. Michael's' Church where services will be held at 2 p.m. The Rev. Hilbert Huth will officiate. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery.

Funeral services for Johannah W., widow of the late August F. Huth, were held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Gustave Jahnke, No.171 Price street, Saturday afternoon, December 14th, at 2 o'clock, Rev. Herman Meier officiating. The following grandchildren acted as bearers: Edward Jahnke, Donald Drier, Walter, Harold, Norman and Carl Huth. Burial was in Trinity Lutheran cemetery.

Dies In 89th Year, Long Time Royalton Resident Had
More Recently Lived in Lockport.
Mrs. Johanna Huth, 89. a long time resident of Royalton and living
in Lockport the past 17 years, died this morning at the home of her
daughter, Mrs. Gustave Jahnke, 171 Price street. Old age infirmities
caused death. Born in Germany, Mrs. Huth came to America when 38 years of age, and with her husband August Huth lived 33 years on the Moyer road, town of Royalton. He died seven years ago.
Mrs. Huth leaves four daughters and one son: Mrs. Anna Stern, Mrs.
Ernest Weber, Mrs. John Drier and Mrs. Jahnke, this city, and Albert
Huth of Royalton. Twenty-three grandchildren. 23 great grandchildren an d two great great grandchildren. Also survive. Funeral arrangements have not set been completed.

John married POEFKE, Wilhelmine Anna Lisette in 1874 in Niagara County, NY. Wilhelmine (daughter of PAFK, Joseph) was born in Feb 1852 in Prussia; died on 23 Jan 1927 in Town of Royalton, Niagara County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

BUEHRING
Mrs. Minnie Buehring, widow of the late John Buehring, passed away at her late residence at South Royalton, Sunday, Jan. 23, at the age of 74 years. She leaves to mourn, two sons and two daughters, Chas. J. of S. Royalton, Mrs . August Krinke of the Rapids. Edward F. Buehring of Lockport, and Mrs. Albert Huth of S. Royalton; one brother, John Pafke of Watertown, Wis.; 10 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral will be held Wednesday, January 21, at one pm., from her late residence, and at 2 o'clock at St. Michael's church of Wolcottsvllle. Burial in St. Michael's cemetery. Rev. Fred Schleef officiating.
