    NORTH TONAWANDA - Norman E. Koepsell, 43, of 16 15th Ave., died unexpectedly Monday (Feb. 26, 1968) at his home after suffering a heart attack. Firemen were called to the house and administered oxygen. He was pronounced dead by Coroner Oscar Bell. He was a lifelong resident here and was employed at the city water pumping station. He was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church. Survivors include his wife, the former Lillian Hoefert; two sons, Norman Koepsell Jr. and James Koepsell, and three daughters, Kathleen, Nancy and Deborah Koepsell, all at home; two brothers, Charles Koepsell Jr., Sanborn and Chester Koepsell, this, city; seven sisters, Mrs. Norman Parks, Niagara Falls, Mrs. George Westcot, Rochester, Mrs. Harold Brumley, Mrs. Rudolph Arbiter, Mrs. Vernon Gabel, Mrs. Matthew Sarzyniak and Mrs. Carl Lebrenz, all of. the Tonawandas.     and Friedens Evangelical church.
    Surviving are seven daughters.

Born in North Tonawanda, Mrs. Koepsell, a lifelong resident, was a member of Friedens Evangelical church. In addition to her husband Charles, she is survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Harold Brumley, Mrs. Robert Hall, Lillian, Violet, Beatrice and Audrey of the Tonawandas and Mrs. Norman Parks of Niagara Falls and three sons, Charles, Jr., Chester and Norman of this city. She also leaves twosisters, Mrs. Albert Gauda of this city, Mrs. James Bampton of Buffalo and a brother, William Greenburg of North Tonawanda.

    HOEFERT - Lt. Fred W. Hoefert, 63, of 1143 Nash Rd., North Tonawanda, died Tuesday ( September 27, 1960) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a short illness. He was born on Grand Island, N. Y., and had resided in North Tonawanda most of his life. He was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church and the North Tonawanda Policemen's Club. He served with the North Tonawanda Police Department for 34 years.     Death of Aged Man Unexpected
    Christian William Greenburg of Payne avenue died suddenly at his home late last night at 6 o’clock at the age of 67. He is survived by his wife Minnie, three sons, Charles, William and August, and three daughters Mrs. Lena Kepsal, Mrs. Minnie Butler, and Mrs. Tena Bampton, of North Tonawanda. The funeral will take place Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock from the house and from the German Lutheran church on East Washington street a half hour later. Burial will be in Sweeney cemetery on Payne avenue. Death was entirely unexpected, Mr. Greenburg having worked up to Tuesday noon on work being done by the city on Oliver street.

    Mrs. Christina Greenberg, 74 years old died yesterday afternoon at her home on Payne avenue.
