Hartland Resident
Dies at 57 Years
MIDDLEPORT, March 5-Mrs.
Ira Eastman, 57, of the Drum road,
Town of Hartland, died yesterday at
Lockport City hospital.
She is survived by her husband.
Harry I.; three sons. William and
Dayton, both of Middleport, and
Harold, Buffalo; one daughter, Mrs.
Leonard Swann, this village; four
grandchildren; her mother, Mrs. William
Eggert. Ransomville; two sbters,
Mrs. Harry O'Neil, Buffalo, and
Miss Eleanor Eagle, Ransomville.
Mrs. Eastman was the former Ida
Eagle, Ransomville.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow
at the home at 1:30 o'clock
and at the Hartland Baptist church
at 2 p.m. The Rev. Clarence Bower
will officiate. Interment will be in
North Ridge cemetery.

Mrs. Eggert, 93,Dies at Her Home
RANSOMVILLE, Dec. 8—Jeannettia Eggert, 93, of Porter Center Rd., Town of Porter, died yesterday at her home after a lingering illness.Mrs. Eggert, who. lived in the Town of Porter for more than 50 years, is survived by her husband,William Eggert; two daughters,Mrs. Owen O'Neill. Buffalo, and Miss. Eleanor Eagle, this- community; a sister, Mrs. Ella Johnson, Buffalo; and five grandchildren.Mrs. Eggert was a member of Porter Center Methodist Church.Mrs. Eggert lost both legs in a train accident about 25..years ago.Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. at the home.The Rev. John Mann, of Royalton Center Methodist Church, will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Clarence French, of Ransomville Methodist Church. Interment will be in North Ridge Cemetery.
