MES. LAFFLER DIES
Passing of North Ridge Woman Is
Fifth Death In Family in 5 Months

RANSOMVTLLE. March 17— When
Mrs. Burt N. Lafler. of the North
Ridge road died at her home at 8
o'clock this morning, it was the fifth
death in her imlly in the past five
months. The most recent death was
that of her brother, Burt Swick
which occurred In Erie, Pa., last,
Wednesday.
Mrs. Laffler. who was born near
Wilson 78 years ago, had lived in
Niagara county all her life. She had
been ill for several months Besides
her husband, she Is survived by a son,
and daughter, Huey and Evelyn; five
grandchildren; three brothers, Ira W.
Swick and John L. Swlck. of Niagara
Falls, and Homer Swick. of Kane. Pa.,
and a sister, Mrs. Eva Brace, of
Detroit. .
Plans for the funeral were being
completed today.
