    Stoltz and Airman Ronald Paul Sandonato.
    The Rev. George Yiengst
    officiated at the marriage
    March 2, 1968. The bride is
    the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
    Bernard L. Stoltz, 1014 Falls
    Blvd., North Tonawanda, and
    he bridegroom is the son of
    Mr. and Mrs. Robert Colpoys,
    1320 LaSalle Ave., and the late
    Nicholas Sandonato.

    GIVEN in marriage by her
    father, the bride Was attired
    in a gown of candlewhite im-
    ported silk organza with bell
    sleeves. The lace bodice was
    enhanced with s c a t t e r e d
    iearls and the chapel-length
    bubble train featured a circular
    yoke. A forward petal
    cluster held her triple-tier veil,
    of English silk illusion and she
    carried white roses, pompoms
    and an orchid.
    Mrs. R a y m o n d Bennett,
    sister of the bride "from New
    York, was maid of honor. She
    wore an empire gown of
    bright-pink silk twill with
    olive green accessories. She
    carried pink roses and green
    pompons.

    ROBERT DZLIALAK, Kenmore,
    was best man.
    An afternoon reception was
    held at the Franklin Inn,
    North Tonawanda. The couple .
    left for a honeymoon trip to
    Holiday Valley.
    Airman Sandonato will be
    stationed at Ramstein A i r
    Force Base, Germany, and his
    bride will join him there this
    summer.

    GRAND ISLAND—A Niagara Falls man was found
    dead in his car from a gunshot wound in the head in
    Alt Boulevard shortly before noon today.
    The Erie County Sheriff's Department identified
    him as Nicholas Sandonato, 47, of 2916 Limvood Ave.,
    Niagara Falls, who is co-owner of the Ivanhoe and Hiawatha
    inns in Buffalo Ave.
    Mr. Sandonato was found
    slumped in the front seat of
    his ear. A ,38-caliber revolver
    was found in the front seat of
    the 1959 station wagon.
    Investigates Death
    The body was f o u n d by
    H e r b e r t Scott of 2677 Fix
    Road.
    Sgt. Harold E. Gailbraith of
    the Erie County Sheriff's Department,
    who investigated,
    said the death was an apparent
    suicide.
    Mr. Sandonato suffered a
    bullet wound on the right side
    of his head above his temple.
    Sheriff's deputies said that
    Mr. Sandonato's car was observed
    standing In Alt Boulevard,
    about a quArter mile
    found, at 11 p.m. Monday.
    "We have no reason to suspect
    foul play," said a sheriff's
    deputy-

    Duane Daugherty was
    called to the scene. He declined
    to issue a death certificate
    pending further Investigation.
    Mr. Sandonato is survived
    by his wife and three children.
    He was a co-owner of the Ivanhoe
    and Hiawatha inns with
    his brother, James Sandonato
    of Niagara Falls.
    Detective Chief M. William
    Wilson said a memher of Mr.
    Sandonato's fatnily contacted
    him this mornfng expressing
    concern over his welfare.

    8 p.m. service. 17:45 p.m. Monday,

    A very lovely fall wedding was
    solemnized Saturday, October 9,
    when Miss Edith Tedesco, daughter
    of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Tedesco,
    became the bride of Mr. Nicholas
    Sandonato.
    Monsignor Tronelone, of St. J o seph's
    church, officiated at the 9
    o'clock High Mass, with Father
    Carey assisting at the double-ring
    ceremony.
    The bride entered the church on
    the arm of her father, wearing a
    gown of heavy bridal satin with a
    sweetheart neckline and long sleeves
    ending with a point over the hand.
    A full skirt with heavy lace medal-
    Ions and an extremely long circular
    train completed her costume. Her
    long triple illusion veil was trimmed
    in lace with a Queen Anne crown
    of rhinestones. She carried a bouquet
    of gardenias and orchids.
    Miss Anita Tedesco, sister of the
    bride, was maid of honor. She wore
    a gown with a sweetheart neckline
    a velveteen bodice and a full taffeta
    skirt of two-tone gold. Gold plums
    with velveteen streamers were worn
    as the headdress. She carried an
    arm bouquet of Talisman roses and
    yellow pom poms tied with bronze
    streamers.
    The bridesmaids were Mrs. Georg-
    iana Bellegia, Miss Ida Sanzio and
    Miss Marie paradise. Their gowns
    and headdress were in two -tone
    rose designed the same as that of
    the maid of honor. Each carried a
    bouquet of dusky pink roses with
    assorted pom poms tied with rose-
    colored streamers.
    Mr. James Sandonato, brother of
    the bridegroom was the best man.
    The ushers were Mr. Willam Belgeila.
    Mr. Louts Slcall and Mr. Virgil
    Colangelo.
    Immediately after the ceremony a
    wedding breakfast was held at t he
    home of the bride. Dinner at 2
    o'clock was served at the Samovar
    for the wedding party and Immediate
    family. A reception for 200
    guests was held from 7 to 11 o'clock
    at St. George's hall. The out-oftown
    guests were from Great Falls,
    Montana: Detroit. Michigan, Rochester.
    N. Y . and Buffalo.
    The bride chase for her golng-
    away outfit a coral two-piece vel-
    veteen suit with black accessories
    worn with an orchid corsage.
    After a weeks' trip to Toronto,
    Ont., Mr. and Mrs. Sandonato will
    reside in this city.

    One of the oldest Italian-Ameri-
    can residents of Niagara Falls died
    yesterday in the person of John
    Tedesco, 80 years old, of 549 Nine-
    teenth street, whose death occur-
    red at the family home following a
    long illness.
    Born in Naples, Italy. Aug 18,
    1857, Mr. Tedesco was married in
    Italy tn July, 1885. and tame to
    America in 1897, becoming an American
    citizen In 1905. He was a
    stone mason by trade and had a
    large number of friends in the
    city.
    Surviving him are his wife. Mrs
    Andriana Tedesco. and three sons
    and four daughters. Leon An thorn
    and Dominick Tedesco, Mrs Mar-
    zina Caterina, Mrs. Irene Paradise
    Mrs. Jennie D'Angelo and Mrs
    Rose Battaglla, all of this city
    Seventeen grandchildren and four
    great-grandchildren also survive.
    The funeral will be held from
    the family Home at 8 30 a. m
    Thursday, with services at St
    Joseph's church at 8:45 a m and
    burial in St. Joseph's cemetery

    Mrs. Rose Battaglia, three sons,
