    Grant M. Browne, 61, of 1203
    Roselle Ave., a foreman at
    Moore Business Forms, Inc.,
    died Monday (Dec. 26, 1966).
    Mr. Browne was stricken at
    home and was pronounced dead
    on arrival at Memorial Hospital.
    A native of Pittsburgh, Pa.,
    Mr. Browne lived in Warsaw,
    N.Y., before moving to Niagara
    Falls in 1930. He was employed
    at Moore, for 31 years and was
    a member of Ransomville
    Lodge 551, F&AM.
    Survivors include his wife,
    Bernice Toomey Browne; a son,
    G. Michael Browne of this city;
    a d a u g h t e r , Mrs. Ronald
    (Diane) LeVan of Sanbprn; a
    brother, Donald C. Browne and
    a sister, Mrs. Robert (Elma)
    Conger, both of Warsaw; and
    three grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be conducted
    Thursday at 11 a.tit. at
    the Rhoney Funeral Home by
    Rev. Bertram M. Croop, pastor
    of St. James Methodist Church.
    Burial will be in Gate of Heaven
    Cemetery.
    Members of Ransomville
    Lodge 551 will meet at the funeral
    home to conduct memorial
    services Wednesday at 7
    p.m. The family will be present
    from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and
    7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

    Grant married TOOMEY, Bernice on 7 May 1934. Bernice (daughter of TOOMEY and Catherine C) was born on 18 Feb 1903 in Canada; died in Aug 1991. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    of Warsaw died to Rochester
    on Monday, December 2nd. He was
    bom in Napanee, Ontario on Mar
    15, 1874 and was the son of Thos.
    and Margaret Stewart Browne. He
    had lived in this country forty-
    three years. Surviving him are his
    widow, Rhoda E. Jackson Browne,
    three children, Grant M.. Browne
    of Wheatfield, N.Y., Miss Elma
    Browne and Donald C. Browne of
    Warsaw, and one grandchild, a
    sister, Mrs.. Mary S.. Raymond of
    Washington D.C. and a brother
    John C. Browne of Toronto, Ont.
    A prayer service was held at the
    Weeks Funeral Home on Tuesday,
    December 3rd at 7:00 P.M. with
    the Rev.. J. W. Sanderson and
    the F. and A.M. in charge. The
    funeral was held at Napanee,, Ont.
    today, December 5th with te bur-
    iall in that place. Mr. Browne
    was a member of the F. and A.M.
    and the Avon I.O.O.F.

    Mrs. Rhode E. Browne, 83, of
    25 Livingstone St., Warsaw, died
    Wednesday Oct. 14, in the King
    Manor Nursing Home in Warsaw
    following a long illness.
    She was born in Napanee, On-
    tario, Canada, Oct 9, 1881,, and
    had lived in this area for many
    years. She was the widow of R.
    Grant Browne.
    Mrs. Browne operated the
    Browne Dress Shop in Warsaw for
    a number of years .until her r e t i re
    merit in 1957. S h e w a s a member
    of the Warsaw Methodist Church,
    the Women's Society of Christian
    Service and t h e Mizpah Class of
    the church.
    She leaves two sons, Grant
    M., of Niagara Falls, Donald C.
    of Warsaw; a daughter, Mrs.
    Robert Conger of Warsaw; six
    grandchildren and two greatgrandchilden.
    Sevices were conducted at 8
    p. m. Friday at t h e Weeks Funeral
    Home in Warsaw by the
    Rev. J o h n Ellis
