Mrs. Mary Jane Spina, of 1010 Howard
Ave . beauty salon owner and operator,
died yesterday at St Elizabeth
Hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs Spina was a hairdresser managing
Neisners's Beauty Salon and owned
and operated Starlight Beauty Salon.
both of Utica, since 1944
She was born in Brooklyn and moved
to Frankfort as a child She was educated
in the Frankfort schools
She leaves her mother, Mrs Providenza
Faratore Tocco, of Frankfort;
three brothers, Frank Tocco. and Joseph
Tocco. both of Frankfort, and Victor
Tocco. of Utica; and two sisters.
Mrs Marian Wetmore and Mrs Patsy
(Florence) DeLuca, both of Utica
The funeral will be at 8:30 a m Saturday
from the V.J. Iocovozzi Funeral
Home Inc.. 203 Second Ave . Frankfort,
and at 9 a.m. from St. Mary's Church in
Frankfort Burial will be in Mount Olivet
Cemetery
Calling hours are today from 7 to 9
p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4. and 7 to9
p.m.

Frankfort .Frank Tocco
Sr., 81. of 320 Railroad St, a
retired truck gardener..died
yesterday in the Mohawk Valley
General Hospital.
Mr. Tocco was born in St.
Joseph's, Sicily, Italy. He
married Providence Paratore
in 1907 in Italy. The couple
came to Frankfort in 1909.
Mr. Tocco was a member of
St. Mary's Church and the
Maria SS Addolorata Society.
Besides his wife, he leaves
three sons, Frank and Joseph,
Frankfort, and Victor, Utica;
three daughters, Mrs. Mary
Jane Spina, Mrs. Kenneth
(Marian) Wetmore and Mrs.
Patsy (Florence) DeLuca, all
of Utica, and a sister, Mrs.
Frances Paratore, Frankfort.
The funeral will be at 8:30
Monday from the Iocovozzi
Funeral Home and at 9 from
St. Mary's Church with a
solemn Requiem Mass. Burial
will be in Mt. Oliver Ceme-
tery.

Frank married PARATORE, Providenza in 1907 in Italy. Providenza (daughter of PARATORE, Vita and RAPPA, Marion) was born on 22 Jul 1887 in Sicily, Italy; died on 6 Mar 1980 in Frankfort, Herkimer County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

their home, 1013 Culver Ave.
Also attending were their
other children, Frank and
Joseph Tocco of Frankfort;
Victor Tocco, Mary Jane
Spina and Mrs. Kenneth Wet-
more, all of Utica, and twelve
grandchildren.
