    TACOMA, WA — Robert A. Villont, 86, of Tacoma, WA, passed away June 2, 2010. He was born June 14, 1923 in Cleveland, OH and raised in Niagara Falls, NY. A celebration of life was held on June 5, 2010 in Tacoma. Bob loved life and lived it to the fullest and will be fondly remembered by his family, business associates and his many friends. During World War II, he became a member of the 5th Ranger Battalion. During his distinguished military service he was awarded the Bronze Star. Upon discharge, he enlisted in the Washington State Army National Guard. He co-founded Television Service Center in 1952. Bob owned and managed this company along with his wife for 47 years, until his retirement in 1999. He was a member of Immanuel Celebration Church for 57 years during which he served as a Sunday school teacher, choir director, church moderator, day care board member, and Deacon. His memberships over the years included Clef Dwellers, New Sound Singers, National Electrical Service Dealers Association (national president) and co-founding member of the Flying Signalers in 1956, making it one of the oldest flight clubs in the U.S. Bob leaves his beloved wife of 64 years, Mary of Tacoma; daughter, Judy (Kerry) McGann of Tacomo; grandsons, Robert (Sarah) McGann and Brian (Lyric) McGann of Tacoma; three great-grandchildren, Tristen, Branden and Shaunessy of Tacoma; brother, James (Peggy) Villont of Niagara Falls; sister, Valerie (Howard) Guthrie of Niagara Falls; several nieces, nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews of Tacoma and Niagara Falls. Bob was predeceased by his son, Robert, Jr.; his daughter, Janice; his mother, Vera Reeves; and his sister, JoAnne (Harry) Snyder.     Mrs. Louise M. Smith, a former
    resident of this city, died yesterday
    (Aug. 26, 1956) in Meyer Memorial
    Hospital. Buffalo, at the age of 90.
    A native of London, England,
    Mrs. Smith moved to this city in
    1926, shortly after the death of
    her husband, John L Smith. She
    moved to Buffalo in 19M to live
    with her daughter, Mrs. Hazel
    Schwinn, and lived in that city
    until her death.
    In addition to Mrs. Schwinn,
    Smith is survived by two
    other daughters, Mrs. Olive 1'lliott
    and Mrs. Vera Villont, both of this
    city; six grandchildren, 11 great
    grandchildren and one great-greatgrandchild.
    Funeral services will be held at
    the John Ray and Son Funeral
    Home in Buffalo at a time to be
    announced.
