    AKRON-Mrs. Minnie Altman Waterstreet, 78,
    of 8790 Akron Road, Akron, died Tuesday (March 7,
    1967) at her home.
    She was born March 30,
    1888 in the Town of Royalton,
    the daughter of William and
    Gusta Bentin Altman.
    She was a member of St.
    Michael'! Lutheran Church,
    Wolcottsville, and an honorary
    member of the Ladies'
    Aid of that church. She was
    a member of the Wolcottsville
    Golden Age group and
    always had lived in this area.
    Surviving are her husband,
    Clarence J.; two daughters,
    Mrs. Herman- Baehr, Middleport
    and Mrs. .William Perry
    of Wilson; one b r o t h e r,
    George of Middleport, seven
    grandchildren, 22 great grand
    children and two great-great,
    grandchildren. Several nieces
    and nephews also survive.
    Her only son. Herman Water-,
    street, died in 1936.
    Friends may call today from
    7 to 9 p.m. and 2 to. 4 and 7
    to 9 p.m. at the Wallace and
    Heath Funeral Home, Middleport,
    and Friday from 1 to 2
    p.m. at St. Michael's Church,
    Wolcottsyilie, Services will be
    held Friday at 2 p.m. in the
    church, the Rev. Hilbert Huth,
    pastor, officiating. Burial will
    be in St. Michael's Cemetery.

    Funeral rites for William F. Altman.
    80. were held this afternoon
    at 2 o'clock at the home of his
    daughter, Mrs. Clarence Waterstreet,
    Akron road, Town of Royalton, and
    at 2:30 o'clock at St. Michael's Lu-
    theran church, Wolcottsville, with
    buria! in St. Michael's cemetery. The
    Rev. Fred Schleef officiated.
    Mr. Altman. husband of the late
    Augusta Benthin Altman. passed
    away Saturday at the home of his
    daughter, Mrs. Clarence Waterstreet.
    He also leaves one son.
    George Altman, of Middleport; six
    grandchildren. 12 great grandchildren
    and one brother, Ernest, of
    Middleport.

    MIDDLEPORT.-Funeral services
    will be conducted tomorrow after-
    noon at 2 o'clock for Mrs. Augusta
    Altman, wife of William Altman, at
    the home of her daughter, Mrs.
    Clarence Waterstreet, Akron road,
    town of Royalton, and at 2:30
    o'clock at St. Michael's Lutheran
    church, Wolcottsville. Burial will
    be in St. Michael's Lutheran ceme-
    tery with the Rev. Fred Schleef
    officiating.
    Mrs. Altman passed away yesterday

    at the home of her daughter.
    She leaves, besides her husband
    and daughter, one son. George Altman,
    of Middleport: six grandchildren;
    ten great-grandchildren; also
    two brothers. Frank Benthin. of
    Rochester, and Gustave Benthin, of
    Batarla

  1. 6.  BENTHIN, August William was born on 9 Feb 1845 in Carnzow, Germany; died on 9 May 1912 in Batavia, Genesee County, NY.

    August William Benthin died at
    1:15 o'clock yesterday afternoon at his
    home on the Oakfield road about two
    miles northwest of Batavia. He had
    been in ill health about a week and
    yesterday suffered a stroke of paralysis
    which caused his death.
    Mr. Benthin was born in Carnzow,
    Germany, on February 9, 1845, and
    came to this country when ten years
    old. He had since been a resident of
    Niagara and Genesee counties. He
    was a member of the Stafford Benefit
    Association. Besides his wife,
    he is survived by two sons,
    Gustave _A,, of Oakfield and Frank
    C. Benthin of Rochester, and a daughter,
    Mrs. W i l l i am Altmann of Akron.
    The funeral will be held from his
    late home at 1 o'clock tomorrow afternoon,
    the Rev. Donald B. Mac-
    Queen officiating. The burial will be
    in Grand View cemetery.
