    Reuben E. Haseley, 64, of Lockport Road, a lifelong town
    resident and longtime operator of his family's farm, died Monday (Oct. 12, 1992) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston.
    Haseley also worked in his family's trucking business and was an elder of St. Peter's Lutheran Brethren Church of North Tonawanda.
    Survivors include his wife, the former Lois Frerichs; four daughters, Connie Britton of Ransomville, Carol Fura of Cambria, Jean Kvamme and Kari; four sons, Lloyd, Loren, Larry and Timothy; a brother, Raymond; two sisters, Elverna Catlin and Doris Davis, and 10 grandchildren.
    Services will be held at 10 A.M. Thursday in St. Peter's Lutheran Brethren Church, Bryant and Thompson streets, North Tonawanda. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery, Pendleton

    TOWN OF NIAGARA - Reuben E, Haseley, 64, of Lockport Road, , died Monday (Oct. 12, 1992) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Town of Lewiston, of a heart attack.
    Born in the Town of Niagara to Hubert and Esther (DeVantier) Haseley, he was a lifelong resident of the town, where he operated his father's family farm. He also worked in the family trucking business.
    He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Brethren Church in North Tonawanda where he was an elder. Haseley loved hunting, gardening and family life.
    He is survived by his wife, Lois (Frerichs) Haseley; four daughters, Connie Britton of Ransomville, Carol Fura of Cambria, and Jean Kvamme and Kari Haseley, both of the Town of Niagara; four sons, Loren Haseley, Larry Haseley, Timothy Haseley and Lloyd Haseley, all of the Town of Niagara; a brother, Raymond Haseley of the Town of Niagara; two sisters, Elverna Catlin and Doris Davis, both of the Town of Niagara; 10 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
    He was the brother of the late Milton Haseley and Glen Haseley.
    Visitation is from 7 to 9 P.M. today and 2 to 4 P.M. and 7 to 9 P.M. Wednesday at the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, Bergholz. The Rev. James Amspacher and the Rev. Robert Heisner will conduct services at 10 A.M. Thursday at St. Peter's Lutheran Brethren Church, Bryant and Thompson streets in North Tonawanda. Burial will be in the Acacia Park Cemetery, Pendleton.

    Lois E. Haseley, of the Town of Niagara, went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Northgate Manor, with her loving children at her side, at the age of 76. Mrs. Haseley was born in Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY on August 27, 1931, the daughter of the late Adrian and Esther (Schimshack) Frerichs; and step-daughter of the late Wilbert Wolanske. She attended local schools and was a Graduate of Niagara Falls High School in the Class of 1949. Lois loved gardening, cooking and being a farmers wife. She was a Sunday School Teacher, and housed many missionaries, and held Bible Studies at her home for many years. Lois was involved with a group of friends known as "The Club". She also enjoyed traveling and traveled to Israel and throughout the United States and Canada. She was predeceased by her husband of 41 years, Reuben, who died on October 12, 1992. Surviving are her devoted children, Connie (James) Britton, Lloyd (Susan) Haseley, Carol (Kenneth) Fura, Loren (Carol Ann) Haseley, Larry Haseley, Jean (John) Kvamme, Timothy (Joelle) Haseley, Kari (Scott) Ingraham; grandmother of Jim Britton, Jared Gerardi, Noah, Abraham, Melody and Caleb Fura, Megan Jellings, Rachelle and Rebecca Haseley, Laura (Mark) Grahl, Sarah (Scott) Wright, Alisabeth Kvamme, Matthew, Andrew and Kathrine Ingraham, and the late Eric Britton; sister of the late Donald Wolanske, (Marina) Albert Wolanske (Norma); sister-in-law of Eleverna (late Howard) Catlin, Alice (late Raymond) Haseley, Doris (William) Davis; and predeceased by two brothers-in-law, Milton and Glenn Haseley; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will be present on Saturday from 7 - 9 PM and Sunday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM, at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, SANBORN, 5893 Hoover Road. Funeral services will be held at Community Bible Church, 4168 Church Road, Lockport, Niagara County, NY at 10 AM on Monday, May 5th, with Rev. Brad Delp officiating.     NIAGARA FALLS - Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church for Hubert D. Haseley, 79, of 10335 Lockport Road, who died Friday (Nov. 1, 1974) in Memorial Medical Center after being striken (sic) with an apparent heart attack.
    A former Town of Niagara assessor, he served during the 1930's and 1940's. Friends may call at the Rhoney Funeral Home today, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorials may be made to the St. Peter's Lutheran Church memorial fund, the family said.

    Esther L. Haseley of Lockport Road in the Town of Niagara died yesterday (May 27, 1984) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a long illness. She was 91. She was a native of the Town of Wheatfield and had lived in the Town of Niagara for the last 65 years. She was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Walmore. Survivors include sons, Raymond and Reuben, both of the Town of Niagara; daughters, Mrs. Howard (Elverna) Catlin and Mrs. William (Doris) Davis, both of the Town of Niagara; a brother, Edwin DeVantier, of the Town of Wheatfield; 25 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late Frederick and Bertha (Millville) DeVantier and the wife of the late Hubert Haseley, who died in 1974. She also was the mother of the late Milton and Glenn Haseley and sister of the late Benjamin DeVantier. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Rhoney Funeral Home, 5893 Hoover Road, Sanborn.     On Tuesday afternoon of next week Coroner Helwig will open an inquest into the circumstances connected with the death of Adrian Frerichs, 34 years old, Bergholz, who was instantly killed in a motor accident on the Niagara Falls Blvd, half a mile west of St Johnsburg Thursday night. The witnesses will include Steve Kovacich, 25 years old, 1411 Robinson Court, Niagara Falls, driver of the death car, and his wife who was riding with her husband at the time of the accident. The driver will come before Justice George Grawe of the Town of Wheatfield on Friday night on a charge of criminal negligence. Rites will be held tomorrow afternoon for Frerichs. The services will be conducted at 2 o'clock from the residence and half an hour later from the St. James church in Bergholz. Otto Bruss will conduct the services and burial will be in St. James cemetery. Frerichs was born in Maza, North Dakota. He had resided in Bergholz the last 31 years. Besides his wife, he leaves a daughter, Lois; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Frerichs; four brothers. Walter, Theodore and Herbert, Bergholz. and Lester, Niagara Falls, and two sisters, Mrs. Richard Paris and Mrs. John E. Martin, Niagara Falls.

    A funeral service for Esther E. Wolanske, who operated Wilbert's Tavern for about 20 years, will be conducted at 10:30 A.M. Thursday in the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road. Burial will be in St. James Lutheran Cemetery.
    Mrs. Wolanske, 83, of Luther Street died Monday (July 30, 1990) at her daughter's home in the Town of Niagara.
    Born in Wheatfield, she also worked for the Carborundum Co. for many years and was a lifetime member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church.
    She was the widow of Albert Wolanske and Adrian Frerichs.
    Survivors include her daughter, Lois Haseley of the Town of Niagara; a son, Donald, of Wheatfield; a sister, Hilda Stenzel of Wheatfield; a brother, Clarence Wolf of Wheatfield; 14 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren
