NORTH TONAWANDA — Elizabeth R. (nee Petti) Verrall, age 97, of North Tonawanda, peacefully, on Friday, December 16, 2011 at Northgate Manor Health Care Facility. A lifelong resident of North Tonawanda, she was the wife of Bernard Verrall, who died in 1991; and was the sister of the late Steven, Joseph, Julius and Paul Petti and Mary Collins. Elizabeth was a longtime member of St. Albert the Great R.C. Church and AARP.

She was a loving aunt of Susan (Douglas) Bassinger of North Carolina, Nancy Collins of Wisconsin, Paul (Mary Jo) Murphy of North Tonawanda, Elyse (Duane) Snickles of Tennessee and Bonnie (Todd) Urban of North Tonawanda; and her very dear friend, Carolyn Zettel of Manlius, NY; also survived by several other nieces and nephews.

There will be no prior visitation. A private burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Park. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass that will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 20th at 11 AM in St. Jude the Apostle R.C. Church, 800 Niagara Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude the Apostle R.C. Church or to the Heart Assn. of WNY. Arrangements by John O. Roth Funeral Home, Inc., Tonawanda, NY.
