    MIDDLEPORT-Norman J. Boyer, 69, of 2 North
    Hartland St., died unexpectedly Friday (Dec. 13, 1968)
    after suffering an apparent heart attack at home.
    Born June 4, 1899, the son of
    John and Mary Lewerenz Boyer,
    he was a retired machinist of
    the E&M Machine Shop, Middleport.
    Surviving are his wife, Martha
    Boyer; a son, Norman J. Boyer
    Jr., of San Diego, Calif.; a
    daughter, Mrs. Robert (Mary
    Catherine) Schoelles of Lockport;
    two step-daughters, Mrs.
    Leon (Martha) Schuyler and
    Mrs. Robert (Marilynn) Reinbolt,
    both of North Tonawanda;
    three sisters, Mrs. Howard (Amanda)
    Wolgast and Mrs. Wilmer
    (Cora) Goerss, both of North
    Tonawanda, and Mrs. Charles
    (Lavina) Wagner of Lockport
    and nine grandchildren.
    Beginnig Sunday,-friends may
    call at the Prudden and Kandt
    Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and
    7 to 9 p.m.
    Services will be held at the
    funeral home Tuesday at 2 p.m.
    Burial will be in Glenwood
    Cemetery.

    Funeral services for John D.
    Boyer, 84, Sour Home road, town of
    Pendleton, who died at 1 o'clock
    Sunday morning after a long illness,
    will be held Tuesday afternoon at
    2 o'clock at the home. The Rev.
    Karl Kindt, pastor of St. Paul's
    Evangelical Lutheran church, Wendelville,
    will officiate. Burial will
    be in Bear Ridge cemetery.
    Mr. Boyer was born Aug. 20, 1856,
    in the town of Pendleton and lived
    there practically all his life. He
    leaves three sons, John, Seymour
    and Norman Boyer, all of Lockport;
    and three daughters, Mrs. Howard
    Wolgast, town of Amherst; Mrs.
    Wilmer- Goerss, Tonawanda and
    Mrs. Charles Wagner, town of Pendleton;
    also 12 grandchildren.

    Pickards Bridge. Mrs Wilmer Goerss
    of Martinsville and Lavlna at home, four
    sisters. Mrs Schoelles. of Lockport.

    of Town of Pendleton and Miss
    Martha Lawrence at home also seven
    grand-children The funeral will be held
    Tuesday. June 7. 1921 at 1:30 from the
    house and 2 o'clock from the church at
    Wendleville old time. Interment in Bear
