RECENTLY WED-Corporal and Mrs. William G. Owler, who
were married September 4 at South chapel, Camp Murphy, Florida.
Mrs. Owler was the former Ethel Louise Allen, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. H. S. Allen, of Twenty-fifth street, this city, and Corporal
Owler Is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Owler, of Whitney avenue,
also of this city. Corporal and Mrs. Owler now reside at 3404
Broadway, West Palm Beach, Florida.

A very pretty wedding was solemnized
at the Sacred Heart rectory on
June 5 at 11 o'clock, when Miss
Bernlce Heinz, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. William Heinz, was united In
marriage to William G. Owler, son
of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Owler,
both of this city, with the Rev. Father
King officiating.
The bride was lovely In a gown of
white satin cut on princess lines. A
fingertip-length veil draped her
shoulders from a turban. She carried
a bouquet of tea roses and lillesof-
the valley.
Her only attendant was the groom's
sister, Mrs. Mildred Larrabee. She
wore a long blue lace gown trimmed
with pink, and a large rimmed blue
horsehair hat. Her bouquet was of
pink roses and baby's breath.
The best man, the bride's brother,
was LeRoy Heinz.
The bride's' mother wore a gown of
wine-colored lace with matching accessories.
The groom's mother wore a brown
sheer dress with matching accessories.
Following the ceremony a receptfon
was held at the home of the
bride's parents, where many guests
were present from this city and out
of town.
Mr. and Mrs. William G. Owler left
shortly after the reception for a trip
to New York City, Atlantic City and
Jersey City, the bride wearing as her
going-away costume a navy blue sheer
dress with yellow accessories.
The pre-nuptials for. the bride were
a variety shower given by her mother
and a kitchen shower given by Mrs.
Mildred Larrabee and Miss Ruth Owler.
The bride received many useful
gifts.
