    Frank Wagner, 74, died unexpectedly
    at his residence, 8723
    Point Ave., Tuesday (Oct. 31,
    1967), after suffering an. apparent
    heart attack.
    He had lived here all his life.
    He was employed at Hooker
    Chemical Corp. for 32 - years,
    and had been retired for nine
    years.
    He was a member of the 25-
    Year Club at Hooker.
    He is survived by two daughters,
    Mrs. Donald (Loretta)
    Hawkes, this city, and DeWayne
    (Salena) . Maze, of Waukesha,
    Wis.; a son, Julius E. Wagner,
    this city; three sisters, Mrs. Annie
    Owen, Columbia, Tenn.;
    Mrs. Wilbur E. Tower, Town of
    Niagara, and a brother, Carl Al
    Wagner, Town of Niagara. He is
    also survived by three grandsons
    and three great-grandsons.
    Funeral services will be held
    Friday at 11 a.m. at the Lane
    Funeral Home, with the Rev.
    Cuthbert MacClean. fo St. Stephens'
    Episcopla Church, officiating
    Burial will be in Memorial
    Park Cemetery.
    Friends may call from 2 to 5
    and from 7 to 9 p.m. today and
    Thursday.

    Wilfred D. Andrews, 68, of 445 78th St., supervising
    custodian of Niagara. Falls city, schools, died Sunday
    (Feb. 14, 1965) at Memorial Hospital from injuries sus-
    tained in a two-car. collision in Route 31 at the Pekin
    town line Saturday afternoon.
    He was born June 22, 1896
    in England and had lived in
    Niagara Falls for 50 years. He
    had been employed by the
    Board of Education for 45
    years.
    He was appointed custodian
    of the Village of LaSalle
    Elementary School July 1,
    1921 and became custodian of
    LaSalle High School in 1931.
    He was appointed supervising
    custodian for all city schools
    June 18, 1959.
    He was a friend and confidante
    of nearly four decades
    of LaSalle students. To* many
    he was known as "Buck." '
    He took charge of maintenance
    at the LaSalle Junior
    Senior High School when it
    opened in 1931. It is now the
    LaSalle Junior High School.
    Mr. Andrews was a'World
    War I Canadiap Army veter
    an; a m e m b e r of Niagara
    F r o n t i e r Lodge No. 132,'
    F&AM, and Flagler Chapter
    No. 355, Order of the Eastern
    Star.
    He is survived by his.widow,.
    Marge A n d r e w s ; two
    daughters, Mrs. Edith Cooper,
    P ho en i x, Ariz. and .Mrs.
    Emily Wagner, Niagara^ Falls;
    two step-daughters, Mrs. William
    F. Best, and.Miss Susan
    Roth, both of Pittsburgh; six
    grandchildren and two great
    grandchildren, his f a t h e r,
    James Andrews, and one sister,.
    Mrs. Samuel Ellis, both ,
    of Niagara Falls.
    Services will be held at the
    Lane Funeral Home at a time
    to be announced. Burial .'will
    be in Riverside Cemetery.;
    Friends may-call-from- 2 to
    5 and 7 to 9,p.m. beginning
    today.

    Mrs. Emily Andrews, 72, of
    445 th St.. died Sunday
    (Feb. 11, 1962) at Memorial
    Hospital after a long illness.
    Born in Stockport, Eng-
    land, she moved to this city
    in 1915. She was a member
    of the Salvation Army and
    the Ladies' Home League of
    the Salvation Army.
    She was the wife of Wilf-
    red P. Andrews. Other sur-
    vivors include two daughters,
    Mrs. Helen (Edith) Cooper,
    Phoenix, Ariz.; Mrs. Julius E.
    Wagner, this city; one sister,
    Mrs. Edith Stewart, London,
    Ont.; two brothers, Robert A.
    Knighton, London, Ont.; and
    Clifford R. Knighton, Guelph,
    Ont. Also surviving are six
    granschildren and two great-
    grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be
    held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at
    the Lane Funeral Home with
    Maj. Rodney Knapps of the
    Salvation Army officiating.
    Burial will be in Riverdale
    Cemetery.

    GUELPH, Ont.. June 11.-A lovely
    wedding was solemnized Saturday afternoon.
    June 6. at the Salvation
    Army Citadel here when Miss Helen
    Edith Andrews, daughter of Mr. and
    Mrs. W. D. Andrews, of Niagara Falls,
    N.Y., became the bride of Harold
    Cooper, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Coop-
    er, of Guelph. Major F. White offi-
    ciated.
    The bride who was given In marriage

    by her father, was charming In
    a dress of white, embroided net over
    satin and net cap trimmed with small
    gardenias. She carried a bouquet of
    Madonna lilies and baby's breath
    tied with white chiffon ribbon.
    Mrs. C. Graham. sister of the groom
    and the bride's only attendant, wore
    light pink, sheer crepe with matching
    accessories and a shoulder corsage
    of tea roses and sweet peas tied with
    pink ribbon. The groom was attended
    by his brother, James Cooper-
    Mrs. Andrews, mother of the bride,
    was attired in mauve crepe with white
    accessories and Mrs. Cooper, mother
    of the groom, wore pink crepe with
    brown accessories. Their shoulder corsages
    consisted of pastel colored sweet
    peas and baby's breath.
    Following the ceremony a recep-
    tlon was held for 125 guests. - The

    decorations were pink and white. The
    bride's table was centered with a large
    wedding cake. Pink roses and baby's
    breath were used In carrying out the
    color scheme. Mr. and Mrs. Cooper
    will reside at 123 York road, Guelph,
    Ont., on their return from their honeymoon.
    Pre-nuptials held in honor of the
    bride Included: Personal shower given
    by her sister, Miss Emily Andrews;
    linen shower, by Mrs. J. Andrews; a
    kitchen shower, by the Young People's
    Leglon'of Guelph; miscellaneous shower,
    by the employes of the Tolton
    Manufacturing company, of Guelph,
    and a pantry shower by Mrs. Knight-
    on and Mrs. Leach.

    Julius Wagner, 73-year-old farmer,
    was found dead in bed Saturday
    night at his home in the Packard
    road, between Pine avenue and the
    Military road. Coroner Harry R.
    Ernes reported that death was caused
    by apoplexy.
    Mr. Wagner, a native of Germany,
    had lived here for the last 55 years.
    He is survived by his wife, Mrs.
    Amelia Wagner; four sons, August
    and Frank, of this city;.Carl, of the
    Packard road, and William, of
    Model City; five daughters, Mrs.
    Ernest Clarkson and Mrs. W. Tower,
    of this city; Bertha, of the Packard
    road; Mrs, James Mackie, of Fort
    Niagara, and Mrs. James Owen, of
    Mount Pleasant, Tenn.; a sister,
    Mrs. Charles Zimmerman, of Model

    city, and two half-brothers, Gustaf
    Schmidt and William Bond, of
    Youngstown. Twenty-seven grandchildren
    and seven great-grandchildren
    also survive.
    Funeral services will be held at
    the Dykstra funeral chapel at 2.30
    p.m. Wednesday, the Rev. C. B.
    Bates officiating. Burial will be in
    Memorial Park cemetery.

    Mrs. Amelia A. Wagner, of
    Town of Niagara, Dies
    TOWN OF NIAGARA. Oct 19-
    Mrs. Amelia Augusta Wagner. 75.
    died last night at her home in the
    Packard road after an illness of two
    months. Mrs. Wagner was born in
    Germany but had resided in this
    country the lats 74 years having
    come here at the age of one year
    with her parents. She was born in
    Berlin, Germany, a daughter of the
    late August Frederick Doring and
    Wilhelmina Springborn Sne was a
    member of the Lutheran church.
    Her husband the late Julius Wagner
    died about six months ago. (NOTE - this s/b years)
    Mrs Wagner is survived by five
    daughters. Margaret Tower, of Niagara
    Falls N Y, Bertha McCoy
    of Pekin. N Y Anna Owens, of
    Mt. Pleasant. Tenn: and Wilhelmina
    Clarkson of Niagara Falls. N.
    Y ; four sons August, William,
    Frank and Carl Wagner, all of Niagara
    Falls, N. Y. 32 grandchildren.
    18 great grandchildren and one
    sister, Mrs. Mary Holtz, of Buffalo.
    The funeral plans have not been
    completed.
