    by 4 grandchildren. Funeral
    services at Daytona Beach. Remains
    sent to this city fori Interment in
    Memorial Park Cemetery, Thursday,
    January 24 at-11 a.m. with Rev.
    Lawrence E. Herfurth conducting
    services at the. grave. Arrangements
    are being made by Lane Funeral
    Home.

    A very pretty Wedding was solemnized
    this afternoon at 2.30 o'clock, at
    the homa of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Wagner
    of La Salle, when their daughter.
    Winnifred K.. was united in marriage
    to Mr. Ellsworth C. Wilson of this city.
    The Rev. Daniel Price, of the Evangel-
    ical Lutheran church, officiating in the
    presence of the two families. the bride,
    who was given in marriage by her fath-
    er, looked charming in her traveling
    suit of tan whipcord and white felt hat
    and carried bride's roses. Miss Esther
    Wagner, sister of the bride, wore white
    silk mulle and carried roses and Mr.
    John Wagner, brother of the bride, act-
    ed as best man. After the ceremonny
    a wedding luncheon was served and the
    bride's table, where coveres were laid for
    twenty-four, was beautifully decorated
    with yellow and white roses and fern.
    After a wedding trip through Michigan
    cities, Mr. and Mrs. Wilson will make
    their home in La Salle.

    Louis Wagner. 83 years old of
    1070 North Military road, a well
    known figure In the LaSalle section
    of the city and a lifelong resident
    of the Town of Niagara, died yesterday
    in Memorial hospital of pneumonia
    after a few days of illness.
    A farmer for many years, he also
    served on the old LaSalle village
    road commission from 1896 to 1910
    and was in charge of the construction
    of the South Military road
    bridge.
    Mr. Wagner retired In 1918 and
    has lived since at the North Military
    road address. With his wife.
    he celebrated his fiftieth wedding
    anniversary in November. 1934. His
    wife died In July. 1937 He was a
    son of pioneer residents of the Town
    of Niagara.
    Funeral services will be held from
    the family home at 2 p.m. Thursday.
    with the Rev. G. F Hover
    officiating. Burial will be In Oak-
    wood cemetery.
    Surviving him are seven children.
    Mrs. W. J. Miller, of Lockport: Louis
    Wagner and Mrs. S. P. Bellew. both
    of this city; Mrs. E. C. Wilson, of
    Sanborn: Mrs. Howard Whiting, of
    Worcester, Mass.; John H. Wagner,
    this city, and Norman O. Wagner,
    of Baltimore. Md. Nine grandchildren
    also survive.

    Louis married GOELZ, Elizabeth in Nov 1884. Elizabeth (daughter of GOELZ, Leonhard and HUGSTETTER, Franziska) was born in Jun 1861 in New York; died in Jul 1937 in Town of Niagara, Niagara County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
