    LEWISTON-Harry Walters,
    operator of a plumbing business
    here for many years, died
    Monday afternoon (Aug. 24,
    1959) in Lake Worth, Fla.,
    where he had moved after his
    retirement several years ago.
    A native of this village, Mr.
    Walters operated a plumbing
    business in Main St.
    Survivors include his wife,
    Mrs. Lottie Walters, Lake
    Worth; a son, William Walters,
    in the Army, and three daughters,
    Mrs. Dorothy Quinn, Middleport,
    Mrs. Ruth Hicks, Wilson,
    and Mrs. Ida Raner, this
    village.
    Funeral services will be held
    at 2 p.m., Wednesday at the
    Smith Funeral Home, Lake
    Worth.

    Mrs. Rose D. Walters, wife of
    Henry E. Walters. of Lewiston, N.Y.
    a former resident of this city, died
    in Mount St Mary's hospital last
    night after a brief illness She was
    born in Niagara Falls and had resided
    in Lewiston for 26 years.
    Besides her husband. she is survived
    by a son. Second Lieutenant
    Willam H. Walters in North Africa:
    three daughters, Mrs Dorothy E.
    Guinn, Mrs. Ruth Marian Ricks and
    Mrs. Ida May Barner. all of Lewis-
    ton: a sister, Mrs Agnes Hammond.
    of Lockport, two brothers. Alex and
    Alphonse Page, of this city, and six
    grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be held at the

    family home. Fourth and Oneida
    streets, Lewiston at a time to be an-
    nounced later.
