2:30 p. m. The Rev. Arthur H. Schmoyer

Bell Funeral Chapel.

Albert Behm, 660 Ashland avenue,
died at his home today. He
Is survived by hie wife, Martha:
two daughters, Mrs. Clarlbel Coffey,
Wilson and Mrs, Marigold Warren,
New York; and a brother. John,
Lockport.
The time of the funeral, to be
held at the home, will be. announced
later. The Rev. Arthur H. Schmoyer
will officiate and interment will
be in Memorial Park cemetery.

North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 11/16/1914

John Behm, 77 years old, is dead at
his home at Bergholtz, four miles
north of the Tonawandas. He was a
veteran of the Franco-Prussian War of
1870 and took keen interest in the present
combat between his native country,
Germany, and the allies. He-had
been heard to remark frequently since
the war broke out that he would return
to Germany and take up arms
again if he was young enough. He had
lived at Bergholtz for over 30 years.
The deceased is survived by three sons
William Behm of Niagara Falls, Albert
Behm of Bergholtz and John Behm,
Jr., of Lockport, and two daughters,
Mrs. John Schmidt of North Tonawanda
and Mrs. William Winters of Niagara
Falls. The funeral will be held
tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 o'clock
from the late residence and half an
hour later at the Bergholtz Lutheran
church, Rev. Stark officiating. Burial
will take place at Bergholtz.
