Charles A. Weber, of 726 Division
avenue, widely known businessman
and life long resident of this city,
died in Mount St. Mary's hospital yesterday,
a few minutes after he had
undergone an operation for appendicitis.
He was 51 years old.
Born In Niagara Falls, Mr. Weber
was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs.
August Weber. He was a member of
the Falls lodges of Elks and Eagles,
and the Holy Name Society of Sacred
Heart church, and for the past year
had ben employed as agent for the
Iroquois Brewing Corporation of Buffalo.
He Is survived by his wife. Mrs.
Helen Weber, and three children.
Marion, Bernice and John: a brother,
August Weber and two sisters, Mrs.
John T. O'Connell and Mrs. William
Cuddy, of this city.
The funeral will be held from the
family home at 8:30 a. m. Wednesday,
with high mass at Sacred Heart
church at 9 a. m. Burial will be In
Rlverdale cemetery.

Charles Weber, Division, street, to
Mr. Edward McCormlck, Buffalo,
Was solemnized this morning at 11
o'clock at St. Teresa's church, with
the Rev. John Ryan officiating,
The bride was given In marriage
by her brother, Mr. John A. Weber,
this city. She wore a smart tailored
gabardine suit In carmel shade with
straw hat of' tan, accessories of
brown and, corsage of orchids.
Mrs. Ray Lapp, Kenmore, sister
of the bride, was her only attendant
Mr. Emmett McCormlck, Sanborn,
brother of the bridegroom, was the
best man and Mr. John Maloney,
Wllllamsvllle, and Mr. Ray Lapp;
Kenmore, were the ushers.
The wedding breakfast for the
members of the wedding party and
Immediate families was served at
the Red Coach Inn and the reception
will .be given at the home of
the mother of the bride from 3 to 5
o'clock.
