    salesman, Frank Maynard, 65,
    of 106 Eagle St., died Wednesday
    (June 30, 1965) in Medina
    Memorial Hospital after a 10-
    day illness.
    He was bom June I3, 1900,
    .in the Town of Hartland, the
    son of William and A l i ce
    Bowers Maynard. He was a
    salesman f o r t h e Wheatley
    and Frank Payjeck agencies
    in Medina until his retirement
    10 year ago due to ill health.
    Mr. Maynard was a member
    of the Quaker Road Methodist
    Church.
    Survivors include his widow,
    Teresa; three daughters, Mrs.
    Wilfred (Helen) Fitts, Barker,
    Mrs. Frank (Geraldine) Ander,
    Medina, and Mrs. Lloyd (Shirley)
    B i s h e r , Lockport; two
    sons, Francis Maynard, Medina,
    and Gerald Maynard,
    Middleport; four sisters, Mrs.
    Wilter Goetz and Mrs. Wilson
    King, b o t h of Lyndonville,
    Mrs. John Wittcop, Lockport,
    and Mrs. Paul Hedley, Olcott;
    three brothers, Edward Mayn
    a r d, Lyndonville, Charles
    Maynard, Newfane, and Arthur
    Maynard, Gasport, and
    19 grandchildren; also several
    nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call from 2 to
    4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wallace
    and Heath Funeral Home,
    where services will be held at
    2 p.m. Sunday, Rev. Arthur
    Wright of Quaker Road Methodist
    Church officiating. Burial
    will be in Hartland Central
    Cemetery

    MEDINA - Mrs. Alice M. Maynard,
    80, of 336 N. Main St.. Medina,
    died Sunday (June 14. 1958)
    in Medina Memorial Hospital.
    Her survivors Include 39 grandchildren,
    57 great-grandchildren
    and one great-great-grandchild
    Mrs. Maynard was born on
    Nov. 16, 1879, the daughter of
    Louisa Southwick and Andrew
    Bowers. Her husband, William,
    died recently. A son, Eugene W
    Maynard of Lockport, died June
    4.
    She was a member of the Quaker
    Rd. and Medina Methodist
    Churches.
    Other survivors include five
    daughters, Mrs. Paul Goetze and
    Mrs. Walter Goetze, both of Lyndonville,
    Mrs. John Wittcop of
    Lockport, Mrs. Wilson King of
    Medina. Mrs. Paul Hedley of Ol-
    cott; four sons, Frank of Medina,
    Edward of Lyndonville, Charles
    of Newfane, and Arthur of Gasport;
    one brother, Roy Bowers of
    Barker; two sisters. Mrs. Ethel
    Meland of Barker and Miss Lillian
    Bowers of Albion.
    Friends may call at the Hood
    Funeral Home, Barker, from 2 to
    5 and 7 to 9:30. Services will be
    held from the Quaker Rd. Methodist
    Church Wednesday afternoon
    at 2. Contributions may be
    made to the Medina Memorial
    Hospital building fund. Burial
    will be in Hartland Central Cem
    etery.

    Andrew Bowers died Thursday of
    old age inflrmatives. The funeral
    was held Sunday afternoon at 2
    o'clock at the home of his daughter.
    Mrs. Charles Meland, Coleman
    road. Barker. The Rev. W. J. Harrington
    of the Barker M. E. church
    will officiate. Interment will be at
    Somerset.
    Mr. Bowers was well known in
    this community where he had spent
    his entire life.
    He is survived by one son, Ray
    Bowers of Barker, and several
    daughters, Mrs. Charles Meland,
    Mrs. Maynard of Barker, Miss Lil-
    lian Bowers of Lyndonville, and
    several grandchildren
