Beloved husband of 63 years to Betty (Gregson) Wilke; father of Tammy Wilke, Kathleen Wilke, Kelly (Eric) Steinbrenner and Bonnie (Frank) Behr; dear "Poppy" of Amy (Juan) Carrasquillo, Eric (Lindsey) Steinbrenner, Gene Steinbrenner, Eric Wilke, Alex (Carly Reczek) Behr, Kyle Behr, Lauren Behr and his faithful "grand dog", Oscar; great-grandfather to Jack, Lily, Henry, Macy and Parker; special friend to Paul Driskel and John Cherkauer; predeceased by brothers Don, Dave and Dick; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Tom was a retired mechanic from the U.S. Postal Service, served in the Marines and was a veteran of the Korean War, and past Commander of Amvets Post 26. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

    as the result of an automobile accident.
    Born in North Tonawanda,
    he moved to Albuquerque. N.M ,
    two years ago. He was the son of
    the late Christine and Frederick
    Wilke. He is survived by his wife,
    Edith Herman Wilke; four sons,
    Donald, of North Tonawanda, and
    Thomas, David and Richard, of Al-
    buquerque, and by two sisters,
    Mrs. Frances Reinbolt, of North
    Tonawanda, and Mrs. Alma Van
    Der Hayden, of Albuquerque. Serv-
    ices will be at 2 p.m. Monday in
    the Wattengel Funeral Home with
    the Rev. Hermann B. Miller of-
    ficiating. Burial will be in White
    Chapel Cemetery.

    Klaum Ave., died early this morning,
    June 6, 1982, in the Vona Nursing
    Home after a long illness. A
    lifelong resident of North Tonawanda,
    he was formerly employed for
    many years by the Twin City Dairy.
    He is survived by his wife, Christ-
    ine, nee Guth; two daughters, Mrs.
    George Reinbolt of North Tonawan-
    da and Mrs. Frederick Van de Hey-
    der of Williamsville; three sons, Ed-
    gar of North Tonawanda, Clarence
    of Kenmore and Henry of Seligman,
    Ariz,; three brothers, Walter of Buf-
    falo, Rudolph of Valley Center,
    Calif., George of Patterson, N.J.l a
    sister, Mrs. Rudolph Poerschke of
    Indian Falls, N.Y.; also 17 grand-
    and four great-grandchildren. He
    was a member of St. Matthews Ev-
    angelical Lutheran Church. Funeral
    services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in
    the Wattengel Funeral Home, 307
    Oliver St., the Rev. Paul Gassman
    officiating. Burial will be in White
    Chapel Memorial Park.
