    White gladioli and chrysanthe-
    mums enhanced the altar of
    Holy Trinity Lutheran Church
    at 2 o'clock this afternoon for
    the marriage of Miss Helen
    Mary Rick and Martin Smith
    Wright Dr. Ralph W. Loew officiated.
    The bride is the daughter of
    Mr. and Mrs. Rudolf Rick of 574
    Delaware St., Tonawanda, and
    Mr. Wright is the son of Mrs.
    Smith Wright of South Lansing,
    N. Y., and the late Mr. Wright.
    The brides floor length skimmer
    gown of peau de soie was
    primmed with Rosepoint lace
    and designed with Kabuki
    sleeves and a chapel length Watteau
    train trimmed in lace. A
    fluster of leaves trimmed in
    crystals and mother of pearl
    held her triple Mered elbow
    length veil of English illusion
    which was previously worn by
    her college roommate. Mrs. Clayton
    Albright. The bride wore an
    heirloom cameo necklace from
    the bridegroom's family and carried
    a cascade arrangement of
    White glamellias, stephanotis and
    ivy and a wedding handkerchief
    carried also by her mother and
    sister, Mrs. Roger Higgs at their

    weddings.
    Mrs. Higgs, matron of honor,
    wore a floor length sheath gown
    with moss green velvet bodice
    and fitted Nile green crepe skirt.
    A crepe panel was attached in
    back with a satin bow. She wore
    a coiffure cluster of velvet
    leaves and crepe roses in shades
    of green. Similarly attired in
    gowns of honey gold velvet and
    crepe with matching headpieces
    were the bridesmaids, Miss
    Martha E. Rick, the bride's sister,
    and Mrs, Thomas Phillips,
    the bridegroom's sister. They
    carried Colonial arrangements
    of yellow and rust pompons,
    wheat and oak leaves.
    Clair Prutsman was the best
    man and Jay J. Rick and Gary
    E. Light were ushers.
    The bride's mother wore a two
    piece green brocade coat and
    dress ensemble and the bridegroom's
    mother a gold coat and
    dress. Both wore white corsages
    of white glamellias with wheat
    and oak leaves.
    A reception was given in the
    Park Lane, Buffalo. After journeying
    to Nassau, Mr. and Mrs.
    Wright will be at home in
    Wehrle Drive, Williamsville
