    e s t a t e , e s t i m a t e d at about $1,300, en- t i r e l y to another son . Irvin Clark
    Dale of t h i s city. The l a t t e r and Charl
    e s Newbold. of St. Catharines. Ont..
    both named in the will as e x e c u t o r,
    and trustees, filed the will for prob
    a t e , where contest was started.
    T h e c o n t e s t i n g .son and d a u g h t e rs are Rosella Wills, this city; Lillie
    Stapleford, St. Catherines, and Allen
    Dale, St. Catharines. they allege in
    their complaint that their mother was
    not competent to make a will at the
    time is purports to have been execut-
    ed by her and that it was procured by
    undue influence.
    The defendant formerly lived in
    Thorold, Ont., last resided in Whitney
    avenue, this city, at the time of her
    death, having lived in Niagara Falls
    for 14 years. Her death occurred Jan-
    uary 24th, this year. Carroll & Deg-
    nan appear as attorneys for the con-
    testants while Glenn a. Stoeswell is
    appearing as attorney for the propo-
    nents of probate.

    Letters testamentary on the estate
    of Mary Jane Dale of Niagara Falls
    who died January 13, have been issued
    to a son, Irvin Clark Dale of St.
    Catharines, Ont., who receives all the
    property. The deceased left three other
    sons and six daughters, allen Dale
    of merriton, Guy Dale of Thorold,
    James Dale of Grand Rapids, Lillie
    Stapleford of St. Catharines, Jennie
    Johnson of Juniata, Pa., Ethel Sey-
    mour of Buffalo and Minnie Coughill,
    Rose Wills and Eliza Bradley of Ni-
    agara Falls. The estate was valued at
    $1,200 personal property.
