NEWFANE-Mr. and Mrs.
Elmer Winkley, 6108 East
Avenue, celebrated the .50th
anniversary of their marriage
Nov. 15. The couple was married
in the home of Mrs. Winkley's
sister ana husband, Mr.
and Mrs. Ernest Duneau,
Main Street.
They lived in Kenmore the
first four years of their married
life and have since lived
iri Newfane. They were feted
by the Golden Age club Tues-
day and a family dinner was
held Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Winkley have
two children, Mrs. Edward
Winters, Lockport, and Jack
Winkley, Newfane, and three
grandchildren, Mrs. Werner
Tietjen, Jackson Heights, Rex
Winkley and Rebekah Winkley,
both of Newfane.
Mr. Winkley was retired in
1958 after 26 years with the
Harrison Radiator Co. of General
Motors Corp.
