    bride-elect of this city, and Theodore
    C. Niemiec, of North Tonawanda,
    were delightfully entertained at a
    bridal shower at the Oliver hotel In
    North Tonawanda by Miss Mae NIemiec
    and Miss Sophie Wodo. There
    were more than 120 guests present.
    The evening was spent In dancing to
    the music of Stanley Gancars's orchestra.
    At midnight a buffet dinner
    was served.
    The out-of-town guests included
    Miss Sarah Sclallo, Miss Irene Dambrowska,
    Mrs. Victorian Sclallno, of
    Buffalo; Miss Stella NIemiec, Edward
    Dolskl. John Dobek, of Dunkirk, N.
    Y., Miss Janet Nawrotek, Helen and
    Bernlco Mardon, Mary Markette, Josephine
    Penele, Clara Gawloskl, Ange
    Lis, Frances Bak, Helen Swick and
    Thomas Bosso, John Smith and Gene
    Nalepa of this city,
    Tho bride-elect received many useful
    gifts.

    1963) in Buffalo, N.Y. Husband
    of the late Mary Uboski. Survi-
    v o r s include two daughters, Mrs.
    Theadore (Jeannette) Niemiec
    of North Tonawanda and Mrs.

    Stanley (Helen) Rykiel of Niag-
    ara Falls; two sons, Marian Wodo and Edward Wodo, also of Niagara Falls. Also survived by eight grandchildren and seven
    great-grandchildren. Funeral at

    Falls, Tuesday, Dec. 31, 1963, at
    8:30 a.m., and at 9 a.m. in Our

    Lady of the Rosary Church. In-
    terment in Gate of Heaven Ceme-
    tery. Recitation of Rosary at
    7:30 p.m. Monday. Deceased was
    a member of Woodmen of the
    World Camp 211 which will con-

    duct memorial services at 8 p.m.

    John Wodo, 78, formerly of
    1328 E. Fails St., died in Buffalo
    today (Dec. 28, 1963) aft-
    er a long illness.
    A native of Poland, Mr.
    Wodo came to this country
    and this city 57 years ago. He
    was employed by the Aluminum,
    Company of America for
    many years until the plant
    here closed.
    He was a member of Woodmen
    of the World Camp No.
    211.
    Surviving are three daughters,
    Mrs. Stanley (Helen) Rykiel,
    this city, Miss Marian
    Wodo, Town of Niagara, and
    Mrs. Theodore (Jeannette)
    Niemiec, North Tonawanda;
    a son, Edward Wodo, this
    city; 8 grandchildren and 7
    great-grandchildren.
    The services will be held
    at 8:30'a.m. Tuesday at the
    Tubinis Funeral Home and at
    9 o'clock at Our Lady of the
    Rosary Church. Burial will be
    in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
    The rosary will be recited
    at 7;30 p.m.. Monday. Friends
    may call after 1 p.m. Sunday.
