home at a variety shower Saturday
evening In compliment to Mist Jane
Rockenbrock, a bride-elect, of
Worth Tonawands. whose marriage
to Mr. Raymond Wollaber will take
place June 19 at the Church of
Christ, Payne avenue. North Tonawanda.
The evening was spent
playing cootie with prises awarded
to Mrs. Elmer Krupp and Miss Lois
Wcthy who later presented them
to the honored guest The hostesses
served a buffet luncheon. Twenty
guests were present from North
Tonawanda, Sanborn, Ransomville
and this .vicinity.

A double ring ceremony in
Church of Christ, Payne avenue,
North Tonawanda, united in marriage
Miss Jane Rockenbrock,

Wollaber, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Edgar Wollaber, of North Ridge,
Saturday at 3 p. m., the Rev. Craig
W. Schwartz performing the ceremony.
The bride, given in marriage by
her father, wore a gown of antique
ivory satin with a tight fitted bodiee,
long tapered sleeves that
came to a point over the hands. A
shadow neckline of marquisette
gave an off the shoulder effect,
the skirt was scalloped about the
hipline and fell into a long chapel
length train. She wore a finger
tip veil of illusion trimmed with
ivory satin and caught to scalloped
halo cap. She carried an arm bouquet
of white roses.
Mrs. Lillian Vanderheid, sister
of the bride and maid of honor
wort a powder blue taffeta gown.
Donald Truesdell of Ransomville
was best man and the ushers were
Duane Truesdell of Ransomville,
and Burnette Wollaber, of Sanborn.
Mr. Conal Kitchen sang
"Because" and "Sweetest Story
Ever Told," accompanied at the
organ by Mrs. Conal Kitchen.
A reception to 100 guests and
relatives was held at the home of
the bridt't parents. The couple
left for a trip to Washington, D.
C, the bride wearing a wheat colored
suit with navy accessories
and a gardenia corsage. They will
make their home at 78 Payne avenue,
North Tonawanda.

shower by Mrs. Evelyn
Brown and Mrs. Edgar Wollaber;
