    Miss Margaret Woock, 24, of
    240-1/2 Third St.. died yesterday at
    Memorial Hospital after a year's
    illness.
    A native of this city, she is survived
    by her father, William M.
    Woock; a brother, William J.
    Woock, and a sister. Mrs. James
    Ryder, all of fhis city, and another
    sister, Mrs. George Brontmire,
    Lewiston.
    Services will be held Monday at
    2 p.m. at the Gridlcy Funeral
    Home with the Rev. John E. Wickenden,
    pastor of Epiphany Episcopal
    Church, officiating. Burial will
    be in Oakwood Cemetery.

    William M. Woock, 62, a resident
    of this city for 44 years and
    uncle of County Clerk Frank A.
    Woock, died unexpectedly last
    night (Nov. 12, 1956) at the Ransom
    Nursing Home where he had
    been a resident for the last month-
    Mr. Woock made his home with
    a son, William J. Woock, 1816
    Cleveland Ave. He was born in
    North Tonawanda. He worked at
    the old William A. Rogers plant in
    this city for 19 years until the plant
    closed in 1931. In later years he
    worked for the city.
    Besides his son and nephew,
    Mr. Woock is survived by two
    daughters, Mrs. Mabel Ryder, this
    city and Mrs. Mildred A. Brontmire,
    Lewiston, and seven grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be conducted
    .at the Gridley Funeral
    Home at 1 p.m. Thursday with the
    Rev. John E. Wickenden, rector of
    the Epiphany Episcopal Church,
    officiating. Burial will be in Oak-
    wood Cemetery.

    died in Mount St. Mary's hospital yesterday
    afternoon a victim of pneumonia.

    a t the family home at 2 p. m. Tuesday
    Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery.
    Mrs Woock was born in Antrim.
    Pa. Besides her husband, she is survived
    by four children. Winnifred William,
    Arline and Margaret Woock; two
    brothers John Makin. of Farmlek. Ont .
    and George Makin. of Detroit, and her
    father, Thomas W. Makin of this city.

    North Tonawanda. April 28 (Special).—
    shortly after 6 o clock this morning
    trolley car. No. 6073 on tbe Buffalo &
    Lockport line, driven by Motorman
    Charles Porter of Lockport ran down
    and instantly killed John Woock, 71
    years old of Hodgeviile. about one mile
    west of the Hodgeville station.
    Woock moved on Tuesday from Pen-
    dleton to Hodgeville. He was employed as a farmhand on the farm of William
    Linderman at Pendleton and was on
    his way t o w o r k when killed. He was
    partially deaf and did not hear the car
    coming behind him. The dead man Is
    survived by a widow and five children.

    John married Rachel about 1888. Rachel was born in Oct 1856 in New York; died on 28 Aug 1927 in Buffalo, Erie County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
