trolley car. No. 6073 on tbe Buffalo &
Lockport line, driven by Motorman
Charles Porter of Lockport ran down
and instantly killed John Woock, 71
years old of Hodgeviile. about one mile
west of the Hodgeville station.
Woock moved on Tuesday from Pen-
dleton to Hodgeville. He was employed as a farmhand on the farm of William
Linderman at Pendleton and was on
his way t o w o r k when killed. He was
partially deaf and did not hear the car
coming behind him. The dead man Is
survived by a widow and five children.
John married Rachel about 1888. Rachel was born in Oct 1856 in New York; died on 28 Aug 1927 in Buffalo, Erie County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
