BERGHOLTZ, Feb 5 - Friends and
relatives of Paul Schimschack from
this village attended the funeral ser-
vices Saturday at his late home, 234
Ward road and at St. Mark's Luther-
an church, North Tonawanda. Inter-
ment was in St. Mark's cemetery.
Mr. Schimschack was born in Ger-
many 34 years ago and came to this
country when three years old with
his parents, who located in this vil-
lage where he resided until nine
years ago when he moved to the
Ward road. The deceased had been
employed at the Carborundum com-
pany Niagara Falls, for about 18
years.
He was a member of St. Mark's Ev-
angelical Lutheran church, North
Tonawanda, the Men's club and the
church athletic club. He was also a
member of the Sick Benefit society of
this village.
Mr. Schimschack is mourned by his wife, Mildred Schimschack, four young
daughters, Marily, Betty, Jeanne
and Ruth all at home; his father,
Herman Schimschack, of this village;
two sisters, Mrs. Frieda Hardy of
Getzville and Mrs. William Bradford
of Mingo Junction, Ohio.

Paul Schimschack, 34 years old, died last evening at his home, 234 Ward road, after a week’s illness with pneumonia. Born in Germany, he came to America with his parents at the age of three and located in Bergholz where he resided until nine years ago, when he took up his home in North Tonawanda. He was a member of the St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran church, the Men’s club and the Athletic club of the church. He is survived by a wife, Mildred, nee Busch; four daughters, Marilyn, Betty, Jeanne and Ruth; a father, Herman, Bergholz, and two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Hardy, Getzville, and Mrs. William Bradford, Mingo Junction, O. Services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the residence and at 2:30 from the St. Mark’s church, Rev. Paul Fretthold officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul’s cemetery.
