    NIAGARA FALLS — Marcel A. Glemb, 93, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on October 30, 1917, he was the son of the late Andrew and Mary (Zasucha) Glemb and attended local schools.

    Andrew worked as a machinist for Acheson Graphite from where he retired after 32 years. He previously lived on Carol Court in Niagara Falls.

    He is survived by his daughter, Florence (Stanley) Kulak of Lockport, NY; his grandchildren, Todd Ciesla, David (Mary) Kulak, Linda (Edward) Tase, Kenneth (Mary) Kulak, Christine (Christopher) Kankiewicz, Ronald Ciesla, Deborah (Brett) Maves; twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Josephine (Wegrzyn) Glemb; and his daughter, Marjorie Ciesla.

    There is no prior visitation. Funeral services and burial will take place at the convenience of the family. Donations in his memory may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094. Arrangements were entrusted to ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME, INC.

    this city in 1910 and lived here
    57 years.
    She belonged to Holy Rosary
    Society, Apostleship of Prayer
    to Sacred Heart and the Third
    Order of St. Francis.
    Wife of the late 'Andrew
    Glemb, Mrs. Glemb is survived
    by two daughters; Mrs. Teddy
    (Henrietta) Kopcz y n s k i, and
    Mrs. John (Loretta) Bielec,
    both of this city; sons,
    Alfred Glemb of Ransomville;

    Funeral services will be held
    from Zajac Funeral Home Monday
    at 9:30 a.m. and at the
    St. Stanislaus Kostka Church
    at 10 a.m.
    Burial will be In Holy Trinity
    Cemetery., Recitation of the
    Rosary will be held at the funeral
    home Sunday at 8:15 p.m.
