    RANSOMVILLE. N. Y.-The mar-
    riage of Miss Irene Andrees, daugh-
    ter of Mr. and Mrs. William An-
    drees, of Main street, to Mr. B.
    Leonard Maacks, son of Mr. and
    Mrs. Alvin Maacks, of the Balmer
    road, took place Saturday afternoon
    at 5 o'clock at the parsonage of the
    Rev. Ernest Sergel in Ransomville.
    The bride wore a powder blue
    suit with matching accessories and a
    corsage of pink rose buds and sweer
    peas. Mrs. Howard Curtiss, of Ni-
    agara Falls, was her sister's only
    attendant and howard Curtiss was
    best man. Mrs. Curtiss wore navy
    blue with matching accessories and
    a corsage of yellow colonial flow-
    ers.
    Following the ceremony a recep-
    tion was held at the home of Mr.
    and Mrs. Howard Curtiss of Sixth
    street for the immediate family and
    friends.

    F. Andrees, 67, of Curtiss ave-
    nue, died today at Memorial hospital,
    Niagara Falls, after a long
    illness.
    Mr. Andrees is survived by four
    daughters, Mrs. Robert Paxson and
    Mrs. Howard Curtiss, both of Niagara
    Falls; Mrs. Leonard Maacks.
    Ransomville, and Mrs. Herbert
    Maacks, Sanborn; one brother, Edward
    Andrees, Niagara Falls; four
    sisters, Mrs. Fred Rader, Ransomville;
    Mrs. Victor Sattleburg, Tonawands;
    Mrs. Marvin Voelker and
    Mrs. John Hallack, both of Nisgsra
    Falls, and two grandchildren.
    Mr. Andrees was born in the Town
    of Wheat field, a son of the late
    Henry and Bertha Andrees. He had
    lived in the Ransomville community
    for the last 60 yean and was a
    painter by trade. In recent yean
    he worked as a bus driver for the
    Schultz Bus lines.
    The funeral plans have not been
    completed

    RANSOMVILLE. Aug. 1. - Mrs
    Minnie Caroline Andrees, 63, of this
    cillage, died yesterday at the Buf-
    falo General hospital. Although
    Mrs. Andrees had been ill several
    weeks death came unexpectedly.
    She is survived by her husband,
    William Andrees; four daughters,
    Mrs. Robert Paxson and Mrs. How-
    ard Curtiss, both of Niagara Falls,
    and Mrs. Leonard Maacks and Mrs.
    Herbert Maacks, both of Ransom-
    ville; one brother, Fred Zilm, Nia-
    gara Falls, and two grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be held Wed-
    nesday at 2 p.m. from the family
    home, Curtiss avenue, and at 2:30
    o'clock at St. Peter's Lutheran
    church, North Ridge. The Rev. Carl
    W. Oldach will officiate. Inter-
    ment will be at North Ridge.
    Mrs. Andrees was a member of St.
    Peter's church and the Ladies' Aux-
    iliary, Ransomville Fire company.

    RANSOMVILLE. May 22.-Henry
    Andrees. widely known farmer, died
    yesterday at his home In the Whitfield
    road, two miles north of Ransomvllle,
    after an illness of two weeks
    with pneumonia. He was 75 years old.
    Mr. Andrecs was born In the Town
    of Wheatfield and had lived In Niagara
    county practically all his life.
    He Is survived by his wife, Mrs.
    Bertha Andrees; five daughters, Mrs.
    George Burmaster, Mrs. Fred Rader
    and Miss Lena Andrees, all of Ransomvllle,
    Mrs. Marvin Voelker, of Niagara
    Falls and Mrs. Victor Sattleberg,
    of Tonawanda; two sons, William
    Andrecs, of Ransomvllle, and
    Edward Andrees, of Niagara Falls, and
    one sister, Mrs. Charles Stange, of
    Johnsburg. Seven grandchildren and
    one great-granchild also survive.
    The funeral will be held from the
    family home at 2 p, m . standard time,
    Thursday, with services at St. Peter's
    Lutheran' church at 2:30 p. m. Burial
    will be In North Ridge cemetery

    RANSOMVILLE, Dec 26 - Mrs.
    Bertha Andrees, 72 years old, wife
    of the late Henry Andrees, died sud-
    denly this morning at hr home in
    the Whitfield road.
    She is survived by two sons, Wil-
    liam of Ransomville, and Edward, of
    Niagara Falls; five daughters, Mrs.
    George Burmaster and Mrs. Fred
    Rader, both of this village, Mrs. Vic-
    tor Sattleberg. of North Tonawanda.
    Mrs. Marvin Voelker, of Niagara Falls,
    and Lena Andrees, at home; two sisters,
    Mrs. Charles Croefrork and Mrs.
    William Klnzly, both of North Tonawanda,
    seven grandchildren and one
    great grandchild. Mrs. Andrees was
    born in the Town of Wheatfield and
    had resided in this vicinity for the
    past 45 years. she was a member of
    St. Peter's Lutheran church at North
    Ridge. Mrs. Andrees was one of the
    most beloved women of the vicinity.
    She was well known at Niagara Falls
    and North Tonawanda.
    The funeral will be held Sunday
    afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home
    and at 2:30 from St. Peter's church
    at North Ridge. the Rev. John Bark-
    low will officiate. Interment will be
    in North Ridge cemetery.

    grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
    The funeral will be held tomorrow
    afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from

    Mrs. Zilm was the wife of the late
    Fred Zilm. who died about 25 years
    ago. She was the daughter of the
    late Mr. and Mrs. William Pauli
    and was born in Germany. When
    a child she came to this country
    with her parente and had since resided
    in this vicinity.

    STROKE CAUSES DEATH OF FREDERICK MESSING
    Frederick Messing, eighty years old, died at the home of Supervisoe William H. Kinzly at No. 260 Payne avenue this morning. He sustained a stroke of paralysis last Thursday morning which caused his death. Mr. Messing was born in Germany. He came to America when he was eighteen years old and located in the Town of Wheatfield. That part of the town in which he lived later became a part of the city of North Tonawanda. Mr. Messing retired as a farmer many years ago and was making his home with his daughter, Mrs. William H. Kinzly, at the time of his death. He was a charter member of the St. Peter's church on Oliver St.
    Besides Mrs. Kinzley, the deceased is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Charles Proefrock of North Tonawanda and Mrs. Henry Andrees of Ransomville, one sister, Mrs. William Schnell of Sawyer Creek, and one brother, Bernard Messing of Milwaukee, eleven grandchildren and five great grand children. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the late residence and at 2:30 from the St. Peter's church, Rev. Westerman officiating. Burial will be in the Messing cemetery at Sawyer's Creek.
