    1 great-great grandson and
    1 great great great grandson. Mother
    of the late Peter Banks. Deceased
    was a member of Holy Rosary Society,
    Mothers' Club, Wanda Polek
    Society PWA Group 454, Holy Trinity
    Society PWA Group 454, Holy Trinity
    Friendly Club. Funeral services will be
    held from the Zalac Funeral Home,
    corner 24th Street and Welch Avenue,
    Monday Jan. 19 at 9:30 a.m. and
    at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church of
    10 a.m. Interment In Holy Tronlty RC
    Cemetery. Recitation of the rosary at
    the funeral home Sunday at .7 p.m.
    Friends may call Saturday and Sunday
    2-5 and 7-9 p.m.

    (Jan. 15, 1970) in Memorial
    Medical Center after a long
    illness.'
    Born in Poland, she had been

    58 years.

    Rosary Society, Mothers Club
    of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church,

    Trinity Friendly Club.
    She was the widow of Adam
    Bak.
    She is survived by two sons,
    Joseph Bak, of Holyke, Mass.,
    and William Bak, this city;
    three daughters, Mrs. Stanley
    (Nellie) Seberowski and Mrs.
    George (Estelle) Lazeration,
    both of this city, and Mrs.
    Maurice (Charlotte) Madau of
    Lakewood, Calif.; 19 grandchildren,
    nine great-grandchildren,
    one great-great-grandchild and
    one great great-greatgrandchild...
    She was the mother
    of the late Peter Banks.
    Funeral services will be held
    Monday at the Zajac Funeral
    Home at 9:30 a.m. and at "ST.
    Stanislaus Kostka Church at 10
    a:m. Burial 'Will bevln Holy
    Trinity Cemetery. Y
