Of the Town of Cambria, passed away unexpectedly on  Friday, February 9, 2024, at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years,  Richard B. Eliseo, two daughters Rebecca (Mark) Eliseo-Arras and Adelle (fiancée Randal Kennedy) Eliseo, three grandchildren Dylan Eliseo-Baker, Collin and Parker Arras, two sisters Carlene (Ronald) Wolf and Geraldine (Thomas) Martin, two sister in laws Olga Eliseo and Inez "Enie" (late Caesar) Capone, a niece Linda (late Richard) Engelbrecht, a nephew Gary (fiancé Linda Lou Mangus) Capone and numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Portia was the sister of the late Laura Dalaba and Carl Dalaba.
She was born in Glens Falls, NY on January 28, 1950, a daughter of the late Edith (Richard) Willette and Erwin Dalaba.
Portia graduated from Niagara Wheatfield in 1968 and was employed with Voyager Emblems for over 30 years and later became a secretary at Buffalo Driving School for 11 years before retiring.
She was a dedicated quilter having made over 400 quilts and also enjoyed gardening.
Portia loved spending time with her 3 grandchildren and attending their sporting events.
Her family will be present on Sunday February 18, 2024 from 2-6:30 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, with funeral services to follow at 6:30 PM
.

Erwin + PARKER, Edith K. Edith (daughter of PARKER, Loyal and BEADNELL, Kathryn) was born on 17 May 1925 in Newcomb, NY; died on 22 Jun 2019 in Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

EDITH K. WILLETTE, age 94 of Wheatfield, NY, was called to her heavenly home on June 22, 2019 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Born in Newcomb, NY on May 17, 1925; daughter of the late Loyal and Kathryn (Beadnell) Parker. She moved to Western NY in 1958. Edith was employed at the National Lead Company in Tahawus, NY, and later at Occidental Chemical Corporation- Durez Division. Years ago, she taught Sunday School, was a former member of Camp Coast to Coast, Bass Masters Association, enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling, writing, and was the author of two books- "The Girl From the Adirondack Mountains" and "The Woman Hunter From the Adirondack Mountains". 
Survivors include her loving husband of 62 years, Richard L. Willette; three children from her first marriage, Portia (Richard) Eliseo, Carlene (Ronald) Wolf, and Geraldine (Tom) Martin; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Edith was predeceased by a daughter, Laura; son, Carl; her first husband and a brother.
A private service will take place in Riverdale Cemetery, Town of Lewiston, NY, with the family,
