LEWISTON — Louise (Abbo) Harrigan, 82, of Niagara Falls, NY, died on Wednesday, August 3, 2011, at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Congelosi) Abbo.
Louise was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools. She enjoyed playing card games and cooking.
Louise is survived by her husband, Francis Harrigan; two children, Daniel Harrigan of Niagara Falls, NY and Denise (Anthony) Casilio of Wheatfield, NY; three grandchildren, Heather (Marc) Magliarditi, Tyler Casilio and Daniel (Kenya) Harrigan; three great-grandchildren, Arianna Magliarditi, Easton Magliarditi and Aiden Harrigan and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two brothers, Dominic Abbo and Joseph Abbo and four sisters, Mary Ferrara, Angeline Favaloro, Rose Walaszek and Virginia Tavano.
There will be no prior visitation. Private funeral services and entombment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY. Arrangements by M.J.COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY.

Drove avenue, became the bride of
Mr. Francis Harrlgan at a cere-,
mony performed at Sacred Heart
church last Saturday.
Given in marriage by her father,
the bride wore a white satin gown
with a sweatheart neckline and
beaded crown which held her finger
tip veil of Chantllly lace. She
carried a round bouquet of white
roses and pom pons.
The bride was attended by Miss
Diana La Mantla. maid of honor,
and the Misses Jean Delaree and
Betty Bookout, bridesmaids. The
flower girl was Jacqueline T. Tweed
and the ring bearer, nephew of the
bride, Joe Ferrara.
Mr. Peter La Salle was best man
and Mr. Joseph Abbo and Mr. Michael
Harrlgan were ushers.
Dinner was served at the Boot
and Saddle restaurant for the im-
mediate family. The reception was
held at the Hippodrome hall.
Mrs. Harrlgan wore a maroon
gabardine suit and gray accessories
for traveling. After a trip to Atlantic
City, Mr. and Mrs. Harrlgan
will reside at 942 Grove avenue,
this city.
