With much appreciated help from Elaine Timm, I think we have found correct spelling and parents of Caroline and twin sister Eulianna Wittkopf who both married Fred W Jagow.
Caroline arrived on 25 Nov 1868 on the Bark Jenny from Bremen, Germany with her parents and siblings. They came from Rothenklempenow, Pommern, Prussia.
    Johann Wittkopf 1820
    Wilhelmina Marie ver Koppen 1828
    Ernestine 1848
    *Caroline 1850
    Wilhelm 1853
    Augustus 1858
    Gustavus 1861
    Bertha/Bella 1863
    Carl/Charles 1867
Carolines twin sister Eulianna 1850 remained in Prussia until 1885.
In 1870 census Caroline was married to Fred W Jagow and living with Freds father Christian who was 72.
The rest of her family was living in Bergholz with oldest sister Ernestine who married a grocer Henry Faustin ? 1840. Hard to make out last name on census. Several of the Wittkopf's made a move to Ramsey, North Dakota and in 1900 census father Johann and mother Wilhelmine, (listed 11 kids/6 living), were living next to son Wilhelm and his wife Augusta and kids and also next to son Charles/Carl and his wife Helen. They were all listed as farmers. Two of Wilhelms kids were born in New York before 1884 and the third was born in 1888 in North Dakota so they moved sometime between those years. Father Johann returned to Bergholz after his wife Wilhelmine died in ND in 1905, Johann passed in 1906 in Bergholz.
Carolines twin sister Eulianna 1850 came to US in 1885 married to a Wilhelm Wittkopf 1828, same spelling of last name, they were married in 1885 and lived in Martinsville and he was listed as a woodcarver in the 1900 census. Unknown if this Wilhelm was a relative, they had no children, he was 57 and she was 35 when they came in 1885. Wilhelm died in 1905 and is buried in St Paul's cemetery. Fred W Jagow's wife Caroline died in 1907 and married twin sister Eulianna in 1908. Eulianna died in 1919 and is buried in front of her first husband Wilhelm Wittkopf in St Pauls. Her obit lists her as Nancy Jagow wife of Fred W Jagow ( formerly wife of Wilhelm Wittkopf ) and her stone has both Nanne and Eulianna on it.
I have changed my tree to reflect this new information and spelling on the Wittkopf name and continue to look for additional information.
