WOLSCOTTSVILLE. Nov. 15.-
The marriage of Hilda Beahr. daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Beahr,
of Wolcottsville, to Howard Waterstreet,
also of Wolcottsville, was
solemnized Wednesday evening at
the St. Micheal's Evangelical Lutheran
church here. Rev. Frederick
Schleef officiating.
Palms and pink ribbons were used
in the decorations of the church and
the wedding march was played by
during the ceremony.
Kred Winters with "O Promise Me"
The bride was gowned in white
pussy willow taffeta over white
satin with rhlnestone trimming. Her
veil was embroidered and she carried
a hower bouquet of bride
roses and chrysanthemums. Miss
Louise Altman of Middleport, as
maid of honor, wore a gown of
green crepe while the second attendant,
Mrs. Millard Walter, wore
a gown of white satin and each carried
pink roses. Otto Beahr and
Millard Walter attended the groom.
The ushers were Harold Beahr and
Ernest Shilling with Evelyn Beahr
acting as flower girl. Both Mrs.
Beahr and Mrs. Waterstreet, mothers
of the bride and groom, wore
costumes of brown silk crepe.
Some 45 guests attended the reception
which was held at the home
of the bride where pink and white
were used In the house decorations
with sixteen seated at the bridal
table.
The groom's gift to the bride was
a handsome leather purse and to
his attendants bill folds while the
bride presented spoons to her maid
and matron.
Guests were present from Middleport,
Buffalo and Wolscottsvllle.
Mr. and Mrs. Waterstreet will reside
at the home of the bride's parents.
