has resided in this city most of her life.

HOKE - BALE
The marriage of Mrs. Elizabeth Bale
of Cleveland avenue to Mr. Arthur
Hoke of South Avenue was quietly sol-
emnized last evening at the parsonage
of the Church of Christ in Niagara
avenue by the Reverend Walter C.
Prewitt. The bride was prettily attired
in pearl gray and she wore a large
picture hat. Miss Cecilia Suitor, a
sister of the bride, who was maid of
honor, wore white silk lansdowne and
a picture hat. The best man was Mr.
Clyde Suitor, a brother to the bride.
Mr. and Mrs. Hoke will be at home
after May 1st at 1635 Linwood avenue.
