    Bernadette (Walasek) Lachowski, 80, died on Saturday, March 18, 2017. Born on October 28, 1936 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Casimer and Karolina (Rusek) Walasek. She attended local Niagara Falls schools, worked for the late Dr. Edward Cordasco, the late Dr. Robert Brennen and Dr. James Moore and Dr. Syed Abbas Jafri.
    She is survived by her husband, John E. Lachowski; sons, David (Claudine) Lachowski, John James Lachowski; and daughter, Carolyn (Daniel) Leudanski; grandchildren, Lori and Kelsey Lachowski and Lauren and Daniel Leudanski. She is also survived by her sisters, Martha (late Fred) Bulinski and Theresa (late Emil) Zielinski; as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by sisters, Sophie Bozek, Catherine Apen, Clara Zankowski, Cecelia Wisz, Estelle Hriczak, Renee Dunaj; and brothers, William and Henry Walasek.
    Friends may call on Thursday, March 23rd from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME, INC., 319-24th Street, cor. of Welch Ave., Niagara Falls, NY, where prayer services will begin at 9:00 AM on Friday, March 24th, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM at Divine Mercy Parish, 2437 Niagara Street, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Jacek Mazur officiating. Entombment following in Holy Angels Mausoleum, Gate of Heaven Cemetery Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to American Diabetes Association, Buffalo NY Office, 315 Alberta Drive, Suite 102, Amherst, NY 14226.

    He was born In Poland and

    the U.S.. He was a resident
    of Niagara Falls 54 years.
    He was a shift foreman for
    38 years at the plant of the
    Titanium company of Amer-
    ca here. Mr. Walasek was a
    member of the company 25
    Year Club.
    Survivors Include his wife,

    two sons, William and Henry
    Walasek, both of this city;
