Escorted by her father to the altar
of St Paul's Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Miss Jerene Carol
Armbrust became the bride of Mr.
Robert James Eiler Saturday in a
candlelight, double ring ceremony.
The chancel was decorated with
white pompoms, shasta mums and
palms when the Rev. Sean V. Bartell
read nuptial vows for the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Armbrust
LaSalle Ave., and the son of Mr.
Joseph Eiler, Bruin, Pa., and the
late Mrs. Eiler. Mrs. Verina Woodman
played the musical accompaniment.
The bride wore a gown of nylon
tulle over taffeta with a Chantilly
lace jacket and a waltz-length bouffant
skirt. The'veil of nylon illusion
was caught to a cap of shirred illusion
trimmed with seed pearls and
she carried a white Bible centered
with a white o r c h i d and s a t in
streamers with fern.
Maid of honor was Miss Nancy
Lynn Pitts, cousin of the bride, who
wore a gown of Dior blue nylon
tulle over taffeta with a matching
jacket and hat. She carried, a colo-
jnial bouquet of redroses and white
pompons.
Mr. Donald V. Armbrust, brother
of the bride served as best man and
Mr. Oliver Crist was the usher.
The mother of the bride chose a
navy blue dress with pink accessories
for the reception and buffet sup-
per held in their home. She complemented
the dress with a corsage of
white shasta mums and pompons.
For a honeymoon in Pennsylvania,
Mrs. Eiler departed in a
navy blue knit suit with white an-
gora detail. She wore navy blue ac-
ccssorics and an orchid corsage.
The bridal couple will be at home
at 24 30th St., after the wedding
trip.
