Mansbery-Boland
In a picturesque ceremony in the
Sacred Heart church Miss Margaret
Boland exchanged nuptial vows with
Mr. Francis Milton Mansbery. Jr.,
last Saturday. The Rev. James Lanigan,
Buffalo, performed the ceremony
uniting the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Peter Boland, of South
avenue, to the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Francis Mansbery, Sr., of Plalnfield,
New Jersey.
Given in marriage by her father,
the bride wore a gown with a long
fitted bodice of chantllly lace and
a full skirt of chiffon with a short
train. Her head piece was a bonnet
frame of lace with a double illusion
velL She carried a bouquet of white
roes with an orchid center.
Mrs. Joseph A. Grant was the
matron of honor for her sister.
The bridegroom chose his brother,
Mr. Paul O. Mansbery, for his best
man. The ushers were Mr. Joseph
A. Grant and Mr. Lawrence P. Boland,
brother of the bride.
A breakfast and reception followed
the ceremony at the Red Coach Inn.
after which the couple left for an
extended* trip through the Pocomo
mountains. Upon their return the
couple will be at home at 1880 South
Avenue.
