Suitor-Reitz
Announcement was made today
of the marriage in the parsonage
of the Church of Christ by the Rev.
Mr. Saye, of Evelyn Reitz, daughter
of Mrs. Martha Reltz, of Willow
avenue and Duane Suitor, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Edward Suitor, of
Sixteenth street.
The bride was beautiful in a
floor-length gown of white faille
taffeta made on princess lines with
a full skirt and her fingertip veil
fen from a halo of white seed pearls.
8he carried a bouquet of gardenias,
tied with a satin bow and streamers.
Mrs. Thomas Suitor, Jr., sister
of the bride, was maid of honor.
She was charming in a floor-length
gown of old rose faille taffeta and
a corsage of matching roses and
baby's breath.
Mr. Thomas Suitor, Jr., brother
of the bridegroom, was best man
The bride's mother wore aquamarine
lace with black accessories
and a shoulder corsage of roses
and baby's breath.
The bridegroom's mother wore a
powder blue floral crepe dress with
white accessories and her shoulder
corsage was of roses and baby's
breath.
A reception was held at the home
of the bride's mother. There were
50 invited guests. The house was
beautifully decorated with cut
flowers.
The out-of-town guests were Mr.
and Mrs. Thomas Suitor, jr., of
Elmlra, N. Y., and Mr. and Mrs.
George Rae, of Ohio, and others
from Buffalo.
The bride's going-away outfit
was a navy blue travel tweed suit
and she wore wine accessories and
a corsage of Talisman rosea and
sweet peas. They honeymooned in
the Tousand Islands. They are at
home to their friends at 929 Whirlpool
street.
