Boynton Beach, Fla., on
Sept. 4, became the bride
of Salvatore C. Scalzo, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony
Scalzo, 721 South St.
T h e double ring ceremony
and nuptial Mass
were performed at 11
o'clock in St. Mary of Mt.
Carmel Church. Helen Ehlinger
was the organist and sito performed the double
Mts.John Talerico the
vocal soloist.
Dinner followed for The
wedding party and members
of the family in Trink-
aus Manor. Guests were received
that evening in the
Parkway Gardens, after
which Mr. and Mrs. Scalzo
left to spend the week in
New York City and Atlantic
City, N.J.
The bride was given in
marriage by her father. She
wore a sabrina necklined
gown of silk taffeta with
tapered sleeves and a bell
skirt with a bouffant back
bow and a cathedral train.
Bouffant veiling fell from a
headpiece of crystals. The
bride carried a prayer book
with white orchids and ivy.
Mrs. Paul Ciruzzi was
matron of honor for her
cousin. Bridesmaids were
Miss Joann Cittadino, the
bride's sister, Miss Carmel
Paciello, and Miss Joyce
Dimambro and Miss Roseann
Cittadino, the bride's
cousins. The bridegroom's
neice, Miss Karen Ann
Manhino, was the miniature
bride.
Jeremiah Pugliese was
Mr. Scalzo's best man. His
ushers were Albert Taurisano.
Anthony Perretta, An-
thony -Scarzo, a brother,
and Angelo Maggi, a cousin
Master Joseph Gogliono
was the ring bearer.
