HARTLAND - Mr. and Mrs.
Raymond R. Walker, Gasport,
have announced that the marriage
of their daughter, Marjorie Alyce.
to Robert J. Priest, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Glen Priest, Harrison-
ville, will be solemnized Saturday
at Hartland Methodist Church.

Honeymooning in Canada are
Mr. and Mrs. Robert I. Priest
who were married April 20,
1957 at Hartland Methodist
Church, Gasport. The Rev.
Norman E. Douglas officiated.
The bride, the former Miss
Marjorie Alyce Walker, is the
daughter of Mr. and and Mrs.
Raymond R. Walker, Ridge Rd..
and the bridegroom is the son-
of Mr. and Mrs. Glen I. Priest,
Lake Bonaparte.
In a ballerina-length gown of
white crystalace, trimmed with
white chiffon, the bride was
escorted by her father. Her headpiece,
a tiara of white pearls,
held a shoulder-length veil, She
carried white roses on a white
Testament.
The matron of honor, Mrs.
Douglas J. Putnam, Alexandria
Bay, was gowned in shrimp
colored crystalace with a white
chiffon scarf tied at the back.
Her headdress matched her gown.
Bridesmaids, Miss Karen Priest,
Lake Bonaparte, and Miss Meryl
Walker, Gasport, wore gowns
and hats styled like the matron
of honor's.
Douglas J. Putnam, of Alexandria
Bay. acted as best man
and ushers were Richard Walker,
Gasport, and William R.
Priest, Lake Bonaparte.
Mrs. Floyd Seward was organist
and Mrs. Richard Tubbe,
Welland, Ont., sister of the
bride, was soloist.
A reception was held after the
ceremony in the social rooms of
the church. Organ music was
furnished during the reception
by Mrs. Seward and Mrs. Norman
Douglas.
Mrs. Priest chose a blue knit
suit with brown accessories for
travelling.
The couple will make their
home in Valley Stream. Long
Island. Both graduated from the
New York State Agricultural
and Technical Institute. Canton.
The bridegroom is serving in the
U. S. Coast Guard as Radarman
3rd Class at St. George
Base, Staten Island.
