A. Foote were united in
marriage on a double-ring
ceremony on July 26 at the
United Methodist Church of .
West Webster. Reverend
Carlyle F Smith officiated a t
the ceremony.
The bride is-the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Thran
of 923 Bay Road in West
Webster, and her husband is
the son of. Mr and Mrs.
Francis Foote of 1018
Jackson Road in Webster
Given in Carriage-by her
parents, the bride wore, a
white gown of silk organza .
fashioned with a Queen Anne
neckline and loosely fitted
bodice witii Venice flowerets
to the waistline It had a
Southern Belle lace-flounced
skirt with a chapel length
train. She wore a matching
fingertip veil, and carried a
cascade Of white carnations,
yeljiow roses and baby's
breath.
The maid of honor was
Susan Ferrara of Webster,
and the bridesmaids were the
bride's sisters, Debi Wermuth;
of Sanborn, New York and
LynneThran of Webster and
the groom's sister, Joanne.
Beachner of Greece. They all
wore blue floral gowns with
blouson-designed bodices
and accented by adjustable
cap sleeves.
The best man was Gary
Monroe of Webster, and the
ushers were . the bride's
brother-in-law, Neil Wermuth
of Sanborn, New York, Mark
Rosa of Webster, and the
groom's brother-in-law,
William Beachner of Greece.
A reception, was held at
Empire Lanes and Party
House.
The bride is a 1978
graduate of Rt L. Thomas
High School and is employed
as "a legal .secretary. Her
husband is a 1977 graduate of
H.W. Schrbeder High School
and is employed at Gleason
Works.
Following a wedding trip to
Cape Cod, the couple will
make their home in Webster
