Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Keily, 60th St., announce
the engagement of their daughter. Barbara Jane, to
Roger A- Yarwood, son of Mr. and Mrs. William
A. Yarwood, Krull Pkwy.
Miss Keily. a graduate of LaSalle High School,
attended D'Youville College. Buffalo. Her fiance,
who also was graduated from LaSalle High School.
is in his third professional year at the Illinois College
of Optometry, Chicago. A summer wedding is
planned.

A 60-year-old handkerchief, carried by her aunt,
Mrs. E. C. McCarthy, Middletown. Conn., at her
wedding, also complemented the wedding attire of
Miss Barbara Jane Keily as she exchanged nuptial
vows with Dr. Roger A. Yarwood at 11:30 o'clock
this morning (July 28, 1956) at St. John de LaSalle.,
Church.
The Rev. Barnes P. Cahill officiated at the
double-ring marriage ceremony between the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Keily 60th St., and the
son of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Yarwood, Krull
Pkwy. Mrs. John Downfall was organist.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride was
attired in a waltz-length gown of peau de soie with a
jacket of rosepoint lace fashioned with a mandarin
collar. Her illusion veil was attached to a rosepoint
lace headpiece and she carried a cascade bouquet
of pink roses, stephanotis and ivy.
Mrs. F. James Bullock was matron of honor
for her sister. Her waltz-length gown of white
organza over lavender was Complemented with a
lavender straw picture hat and a cascade bouquet of
yellow roses, carnations and stephantois. Mary
Anne Bullock, niece of the bride, was clad in a
yellow polished cotton ensemble.
William J. Yarwood was best man for his
brother. The ushering duties were performed by
Oscar Momberger, James N. Wise and Theron E.
Bastian.
After a wedding trip to Cape Cod, Mass., Dr.
and Mrs. Yarwood will be at -home at 8601
Buffalo Ave.
