BETROTHAL ANNOUNCED - The engagement of.
Miss Rosalie Siracuse to Joseph Di Pofi was announced
at a parly given by the bride-elect's parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Siracuse, Grand Ave.
Mr. DiPofi is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Di-
Pofi, Woodlawn Ave. Miss Siracuse is a graduate
of Niagara Falls High School and Mr. DiPofi graduated
from Trott Vocational School and has served
four years in tho U.S. Air Force.

THE MARRIAGE of Miss Rosalie Siracuse to
Joseph DiPofi was solemnized at Our Lady of Mt.
Carmel Church on Saturday (June 6, 1959) by the Rev.
Bernard J. Magee in a double-ring ceremony.
The bride, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Joseph Siracuse,
Grand Ave., was escorted to
the altar by her father.
She wore a gown of silk
and Belgian lace, with a
longline fitted bodice and a
V neckline re-embroidered
with sequins and seed
pearls. Her bouffant skirt,
banded in lace, swept to a
chapel-length train.
Her matching silk headpiece
held a veil of triple illusion
edged in seed pearls
and she carried a cascade
bouquet of white roses and
lilies of the valley, centered
with a white orchid.
MISS MARY ANN DiPOFI,
sister of the bridegroom,
was maid of honor, and Miss
Frances Zuccari and Miss
Gloria Cortellini were bridesmaids.
They wore gowns
of maize nylon sheer with
embroidery trimming. The
fitted bodices had scoop
necklines and cap sleeves
above, bouffant skirts caught
to harem hemlines.
The maid of honor carried
a fan-shaped bouquet of or-
chid shasta pompons cen-
tered with an orchid, and
the bridesmaids carried sim-
ilar bouquets of yellow shas-
ta pompons, centered with
orchid pompons and lilies of
the valley.
THE BRIDEGROOM, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony DiPofi,
Woodlawn Ave., asked
James Ball to serve as his
best man. The ushers were
Ronald Zuccari. Pat Eugeni.
Frank D'Amura and
Frank Eugeni.
For a reception at Hotel
Niagara, the bride's mother
greeted guests wearing a
a dress of blue silk organza
with an orchid corsage. The
mother of the bridegroom favored
a blue silk dress with
a corsage of orchids.
The bride chose a suit of
pastel blue with white accessories
and a corsage of white
orchids when she left with
her-husband-for-a~ honeymoon
in the Pocono Mountains.
