The marriage erf Miss Irene
Marie Thiebolt, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Philip Thiebolt of 28
Benton street to Harold F. Smith
of Miller street was solemnized
Saturday morning at 10 o'clock in
the St. Francis rectory, the Very
Rev. John A, Weismantel officiating.
The bride wore a gown of soldier
blue velvet with hat and
accessories of burgundy, and a
corsage of gardenias. Miss Lucille
Thiebolt, sister of the bride, was
bridesmaid, wearing a gown ofl
burgundy velvet, with hat and accessories
of soldier blue, and corsage
of gardenias. Mr. Henry,
Burnell attended Mr. Smith as
best man.
Mrs. Thibeolt, the bride's mother,
wore a gown of blue crepe
with matching hat and accesories
and a corsage of roses and pom
pons.
Following the ceremony a wedding
dinner was given at Barbat's,
where covers were laid for twenty-
seven at a long table decorated
with autumn flowers and a targe
wedding cake. Later, a reception
was given at the Thiebolt home.
Guests from out of town included
Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Farrell of
Bradford, Pa., and a number
from Buffalo.
Mr. and Mrs. Smith have returned
from a short wedding uip,
and are making their home in 9
Niagara street.
