The marriage of Miss Sally Reld,
daughter of Mrs. Minnie Reld, of 9518
Pine avenue, to Charles Adams, son
of Harry' Adams, of 9034 Pine avenue,
took place Saturday afternoon at 2
o'clock at the Zlon Evangelical Lutheran
church, with the Rev. George
F. Hoyer officiating.
The brido looked lovely in her gown
of white lace fashioned In princess
lines and a lace hat trimmed with
braided satin. She carried an arm
bouquet of white roses with lilies of
the valley.
Mrs. Albert Fose, sister of the
bride, was bridesmaid and wore a
lace gown and carried an arm bouquet
of yellow roses.
The bridegroom was attended by his
brother, Gerald Adams.
The bride's mother wore a flowered
crepe dress with a shoulder corsage
of yellow roses with blue delphiniums.
Following the ceremony a recep-
tion was held at the home of the
bride's parents, after which Mr. and
Mrs. Adams left for a week's stay in
the Adirondack mountains. The bride
traveled in a grey tailored suit.
Pre-nuptial affairs for the bride
were a variety shower given by Mrs.
Albert Fose at which the Zesters
girls* basketball team were the guests;
variety shower by the office girls of
the Oilman Fanfold corporation; kitchen
shower by the Mrs. Frank Mc-
Mahon and Grace Frid; bedroom
shower by Mrs. Cecil Lambert; linen
shower by Miss Hilda Hinton.
Mr. and Mrs. Adams will be at home
at 9516 Pine avenue after September
27.
