Mr. and Mrs. George D. Gardei
of 1901 Kingston Ave. announce
the marriage of their daughter,
Barbara Ann to Robert D. Alt Oct
11 in St. Marks Episcopal Church,
Buffalo. The Rev. Richard Townsend
officiated.
The bride wore a light grey suit,
an all lace blouse with green and
black velvet accessories and a
white orchid corsage.
The matron of honor, Mrs. Betty
McAninch, sister of the bride,
wore a tan suit with pink and
brown accessories and a corsage
of white carnations.
Henry Alt was best man for his
brother who recently received his
discharge from, the Army Air
Force.
For her daughter's wedding,
Mrs. Gardei chose a grey dress
trimmed with black velvet, black
velvet accessories and a corsage
of carnations. The bride's two
grandmothers chose black dresses
complemented with corsages of
white carnations.
A reception followed the ceremony
in the home of the bride's
parents.
Mr. and Mrs. Alt motored to
Fort Worth, Texas waste they
will make their home. The bridegroom's
parents live in 3417 Hazeline
Road, Fort Worth. ,
Entertaining at showers for the
bride were the Misses Gerry Camarre,
J o a n Wilson, Marilyn
Schultz, Jeanne Westphal, girls of
the Bell Aircraft office and Mrs.
Betty McAninch.
