Voelker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs
Andrew R. Voelker, 1 William street,
Mlddleport. N. Y., and Mr. Ernest
V. Klatt. son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul
Klatt, Sr.. of Waterport, N. Y.,
were married Thursday. May 18,
at 4 p. m.. at Trinity Lutheran
church in this village. The Rev.
R. E. Malta officiated.
The matron of honor was Mrs.
Donald Baehr, sister of the bridegroom,
of Waterport. and the
bridesmaids Included Miss Donna
Leverents and Miss Marcia Leverentz,
of North Tonawanda, Miss
Audrey Baehr. of this village, all
cousins of the bride, and Miss Kathcrlne
Wolter, of Mlddleport, N. Y.
The best man was Sergeant Richard
A. Voelker. of Camp White.
Oregon, and the ushers were Donald
Baehr. Robert Aiken, Carl
Schumer and Carl Radusn.
- A dinner was served to the bridal
party at the home of the bride's
parent* at 5:30 followed by a reception
at "7 o'clock.
The bride wor* a silk Jersev.
fitted bodice gown, buttoned down
the back, sweetheart neckline, long
fitted sleeves with a point at the
wrt«t She wore a string of pearls,
the gift of the groom, finger-tip
length veil of net falling from a
seed pearl crown. She carried a
bouquet of white cala lilies, delphinium,
rosea and lilies of the
ralley.
The matron of honor wore a
white gown with fitted Jersey bodice,
sweetheart neckllne. and full
net skirt dotted with white satin
bows. Miss Baehr and Miss Marcia
Leverentx wore gowns of pink fashioned
after the matron of honor
and carried bouquets of pink roses
and delphinium. Miss Walter and
Miss Donna Leverentx wore similar
gowns.
